As far as the proposed theme goes, this a great and fun anime. If you like diabetic romance, this is a must. If you like overaged comedy, this is also a must watch.

Honestly, I don't get the rated... 6,9? Certainly those reviews are not about the anime, probably they're like that because of some external factor...

Either way, I had a good laugh, it was fun and the romance was good for an anime standards...not like Horimiya levels of development, but it was better than average.

I guess the plot was a bit all over the places, maybe that's why people didn't like it, but this is ... a adaptation and it's bound to have some problems though.

I'm going to read the manga, and Even if the plot is not that deep, the main couple are fun to watch.

This is not a masterpiece and years ago I'd rated a little lower, but contracted to many other generic and cliche animes out there, it's not as bad.

One thing that I wish to change is that amane was clearly stronger but suffer from the main love interest diseasez aka. Having to be saved nany times... This is a well stablish formula but you know what I mean.

Either way, Amane and Aktsu has so much Chemistry together, that you'd think they be together by season finale, DAGA kore wa anime kono oroka mono. I'll see you on the last chapters of the manga whe they finale kiss (when both awakened).

In a nutshell, this was a average Isekai clichê to watch while eating in your sofa.

There was nothing really remarkable about it, nor do I feel like any character besides Angelica has grown to me.

Angélica carried this show and she's the best girl.

Haruka even got a wife, and still claims to be a loner, lol.

I mean, being loner is more a state of mind, but Haruka doesn't seem to embodies that concert.

... It was a pretty mid show to watch between my work shifts...

One thing that I didn't like, though, was the lack of commitment... like there was no goal, nor any plot got a well executed development. Also, there were no stakes to it, either.

I'm not an obligatory romance fan, but why made things implicit and never make a once of development? Class Rep never got a milligram of development too


In the end, Haruka was indeed another overpowered mc, pretending to be weak. Btw, his personally isn't bad, but a bit exaggerated. Like every male MC.

Class Rep... I don't know, she's more like a waking cliché, so I don't have any thoughts about her.

The rest is just NPCs.

As the name implies, this is not a new storie, rather is the missing pieces cuted out from the original season (2021), so is not a ground breaking experience, but rather a fulling one, since it feels some of the void left be Horimiya 2021.

It's funny, they cover a lot more and some important character's appearance is more prominent here.

I don't felt the exact same thing compared to Horimiya 2021, but is a great side story.

But I do think that would be great if those missing pieces weren't missing in the first place, you know?

But, yeah, I don't feel particularly sad about the ending of ... Horimiya Pieces, because I've already felt that before.

Rather I'd be happier if in the last episodes they showed a bit more about the future, nothing too out of the ordinary, but it would give that sense of worthness.

Anyways, is a great show to watch post Horimiya ending depression, it will fill the void left.

I've grown to care for thoses characters and there isn't so many animes to make me feel like that.

As a whole, a 10/10 on my book, as a seasonal anime Horimiya Pieces still btw 8 and 9 out of 10.

Among the rom-com (though I don't personally think it is) genre it feels unique in it's own way, even if beneath the surface is a simple storie about melancholic boy and his little struggle to find a slot to fit in.

Despite being a completely normal storie, it felt unique and nostalgic, and for me that's enough. I don't need fabricade drama, nor excessive plot twists.

The episodes focusing on the second characters are very well presented and even if the storie did changed much till the end, I can say for sure that I'm going to miss this show a lot.

Cloverworks did a well enough job, ... and even if I can agree to some critics, in the end, I still think the show is good and deserves it's high score.

Also, the opening slaps, if you're in doubt about the watching the anime, just listen to the op, it is an amazing song! The ending is also really good too!

A somewhat satisfactory conclusion to a long journey.

It was a long journey to me as well... I started this series way back in the day, but couldn't finish at that time... In the meantime my perspective changed a lot and honestly? This movie as sequel is good, not perfect, but good enough.

We all knew who's going to end up with who, and if you think about the intent message, it was the natural course of action. Remember, you were in love with Utaha or Eiriri, not exactly Tomoya, at least not anymore in a romantic way.

Megumi is the best, not because she's spectacular or an ... Idol, but ultimately this is a series about a creepy Otaku learning to care about someone... I don't see how he'd be any happier with anyone else. After all, Megumi was the one who changed that annoying protagonist to the better, she's the one who stayed, she's the one who firgived, she's the one who took action... So if you think about it... Really is a good ending.

Maybe not the idolizing ending you expected, but this is precisely why is good.

Now talking about the movie itself: It was a good production, but definitely it would be better if it was as 12 episode series... But I'm satisfied with what I've got.

About the plot, the way you feel about Tomoya's actions really piss you off, but in the end, this only means that the writing is good enough for that...

I would prefer this as an anime, since many characters where there just for the sake of it, it felt rushed, that's why is not a 10 for me.

And Finally, megumi is the best boring girl, heh.

It could be great. The initial premises could give us a novice experience, with the MC learning how to be less co-dependent of the heroine, while she deals with her own problems with communication.

The MC had the potential to grown and in fact, he did. But the plot didn't allow he to grow ever higher.
The Heroine is not that bad of a tsundere, but she is kinda... like let him go or confess already… but she did not.

What's left to learn? If you're co-dependent of someone, leave. Grow yourself, be yourself.
But then, that tsundere will catch you back anyway, so... IDK? She didn't grow ... very much, heh?

Meh, they hold hands, so I guess that's a W. (even though the other girls did so much more... meh they aren't tsundere, so they're weak, I guess.

The mcs aren't bad, but the story didn't allow then to grow.

But the source material is probably better, since the anime made changes.

This is gold.

The way this series portrays it's subject with careful and unique attention to details, taking its time to convey the intent message, beautiful.

It's a somewhat tragic but joyful story, there's no real right answer here and you can feel the weight of the decisions made.

The characters are very well written, especially Saki.

It's a sorrowful storyline, but you still feel like the answer is natural, of course it is! They have a family to protect. This is a very realistic approach, it nor right or wrong...just real.

I'm so glad to finally get a serious take on this topic. Maybe most views will drop this, ... but at least for me, I'll remember it.
