In my opinion, Ergo Proxy had the potential to be the best anime of its genre. I loved the dark atmosphere, the design and the seriousness of the characters. With Kiri and Paranoid Android Ergo also has a masterpiece of an OST. Fun fact: after Radiohead have seen the preview of the Ergo, for the first time in history, they have approved of their song being used in a commercial project.
All in all, the first 13 episodes were 10/10.
