One thing I must say, THIS IS A GOOD MANGA, WORTH READING AND REREADING. Although it seems a little boring at first, it turns out really interesting. In my humble opinion, Tokyo Ghoul demands a patient reader.
Story: 8
it is just as complicated as it needs to be, or a little more. Ishida Sui hates plot holes from what I see. Also the psychological part of the story is detailed and quite interesting, and it doesn't involve just the protagonist, it involves many other characters with their various twisted personalities. I liked the fact that Ishida uses Tarot Cards meanings. This is why
...
I said it demands a patient reader; the mangaka includes numbers into some details like hair cliffs, tattous, nickle belts... sometimes you can't notice them until you reread it, but they give you a better understanding on the character or what happens next.
Art: 7
this is one manga where you can see art improvement between the first volumes, and fight scenes art improvement in the last volumes and the sequel. Overall the art style is more human-like than manga-like, and I praise Ishida San for his work on the backgrounds and the general views which many other mangaka find boring and don't give to it much effort.
Characters: 9
Ishida Sui's strengths are mostly character design and character developement. Each character is unique and even the minor ones got a detailed design. The only flaw is that there are too many of them that sometimes I forget their names.
Enjoy reading this manga while listening to the soundtarck of the anime, because that's the only thing the anime is good for :) and don't forget to read the sequel.

The name''attack on titan'' might not seem that interesting. At first I thought, giant brainless creatures that eat humans? so what? But then it turned out definitely unregrettable.
The story is hardcore (I believe one word is enough) and so is the soundtrack. Never have I ever seen a soundtrack that suits the story and the fight scenes that well, it litterly sends chills down your spine, which is why I rated it 10 (and I never give 10). As for the art and the charcters, I can honestly say the design is more realistic than anything else. I remember the first

episode left me shaken because of the single thought that this could happen for real. However I hated the fact that so many characters died before we got to know them well. It didn't keep me from enjoying it anyway, though you would rethink the definition of enjoyement after watching this anime. Shingeki No Kyojin is definitely not something for the soft hearted or those who easily get attached to fictional characters (which is nothing to be ashamed of).
Just to say, you might wanna watch this anime before you die.

Owari No Seraph gave me the feeling that I have to some childhood friends who stick around till now, that feeling of ''you are not that awsome, in fact you aren't awsome at all, but I like you.'' this is the only reason why I'm going to watch the second season.
Art: 6
it is not creative nor interesting, but it's nice. I especially liked the way the characters are dressed. But as someone who's training to be a mangaka, this doesn't add anything to me.
Story: 4
Everything about Seraph Of The End is typical. Motivation coming only from loss and desire of revenge is becoming the trend
...
of anime these days, it causes you to feel sorry for the character and I don't like that at all. Yu says ''I don't want any of my friends to die anymore'' he isn't afraid of losing his friends , what he really fears is feeling guilty like the time he ran away in the beginning. There isn't much you can learn from it.
Enjoyement: 6
it is the perfect thing to kill time with.
Overall I give it a decent 4, I believe it doesen't deserve no more nor less than that.

I remember when I had only four chapters left of this manga, I almost cried at the thought that it is the one I enjoyed the most, which means I may never come across something this awsome ever again. I absolutely don't regret reading it and I wish I could go back in time so that I can read it for the first time.
Art:
I always drew manga charcters just for fun, without even watching or reading the series they belong to, but the fullmetal alchemist manga made me think seriously about taking it to the next level. Arakawa Sensei's drawing style is outstanding, apart from

a few I just found absurd. I reproduced a lot of scenes from the manga, it helped me practice a lot.
Story:
Apart from the mother's tragedy which happens in most mangas and is becoming a bit cliché, the story is great.I think the reason why Fullmetal Alchemist is very popular is that it is included in many genres of manga, no matter how old you are or what genre you like there is a high possibility that you enjoy it. Also the conspiracy is very well done. The romance part is like the faint coulour on a painting's background; it is not essential to the story, but without it the manga would be a bit boring, it is not useless at all like in some other things I've red. It's the kind of thing from which you can learn something, not just be entertained. Also, those jokes at th end of every volume are too precious to pass by.
Overall I recommend this manga to everyone who hasn't read it (I think it's better than the anime) especially to beginners.
