Tokyo Revengers is one of my favourite series, I've already completed the manga and even though it's not the best, it has a pretty nice and exciting story with enjoyable characters.
Here we're talking about the anime adaptation though, and compared to the manga unfortunately, LidensFilm didn't make a good job, but not only in this season, in the previous ones too...
The biggest problem is probably the animation, sometimes it's good while others is really terrible.
The movement, the fight animations, the most important part when it comes to this type of anime, are pretty bad, I don't know if it's a budget problem or if it's
...
the "choreography" that sucks, but I honestly can't say that they look good (beside some scenes).
The anime is also pretty famous for ruining famous scenes from the manga, season 2 already did a terrible job at this, but this one, even if I've seen worst, doesn't redeem itself, especially with the last episode that has probably one of the most important scenes in the story.
The story itself isn't bad, this arc is for me one of the best ones.
One thing that I really liked was the ED song, it's well animated and it's really good (can't say the same for the opening, at least not for the animation part because it's just a slideshow).
I don't know if they'll continue the adaptation of this series but I really hope so, I mean we already have 3 seasons so let's just finish it at this point.
Unfortunately the manga kinda fell off after this arc and the anime lost a lot of its popularity, maybe also because it's locked behind Disney+ Idk, but it still remains a nice and enjoyable anime/manga with cool plot twists, especially in the latest arcs.
Anyway, if you're asking yourself why I gave it an 8, it's because like I said, I still found it enjoyable, even if it's not a great adaptation (It's more of a 7.5 than a full 8 :P).

This anime is really really bad... it started kinda good, well we've got the same main character that is a loser so we can relate to and then there's the super popular girl that this main character (Who is a loser, let's all remember that) really likes but of course he doesn't have a single chance to date her because he is in fact a loser, just like you, just like us... BUT WAIT! HE CONFESSES AND THEY ACTUALLY START DATING?!? SHE BRINGS HIM HOME AND SHE WANTS TO HAVE S*X WITH HIM? Now who's the loser here huh?
Alright, now let's be serious for a
...
moment, this is not why I'm not reccomending this anime, many other titles have similar stories and characters, for example one that I actually reccomend that also has a gyaru main girl is "Fuufu Ijou, Koibito Miman", that one is pretty fun and has 12 enjoyable episodes, but this one is just stupid.
The main reason I dislike this anime is because of the characters, the main dude is so plain, and the girl is kinda annoying and doesn't even look that good honestly.
The other "important" character is the sister/ex-crush Maria, who could have been an actual interesting character but she's also way too weird and her story starts randomly.
Basically she was the girl the main character confessed to years before, but of course she rejected him because... c'mon you know it, HE IS A LOSER! But then, out of nowhere she is now interested in him, she actually loves him! Whaaat? No way.
The other characters are also bland and annoying, there's not a single interesting one.
I think that the problems started when they introduced Maria, if this anime was actually about a dude who's completely inexperienced when it comes to dating and a girl that already knows lots about dating, it would have been way better in my opinion, but no, let's just introduce this random girl at the start of the series and make the story focused on her.
Honestly some episodes are enjoyable, like the fireworks one, but the more you watch it the less you care about finishing it, you already know what's gonna happen and like I said, besides some cute scenes it's not worth your time.
The animations aren't even that good, it's one of the usual low quality romance anime but this time, the story quality also sucks.
I had to watch the last episodes at x2 speed because I would have probably fell off my chair, so yeah maybe I lost some important story bits but honestly it probably wouldn't be worth it anyway.

Lycoris Recoil has a lot of good aspects but it kinda lacks on others, such as the story.
It's a really simple anime, we've got cute girls holding guns that are part of a secret organization that has the job of eliminating any crime that gets seen (Especially terrorism but also other less important threats).
We're introduced to our main duo, Takina and Chisato... now, probably everyone (including myself) will love Chisato, she's really cheerful and makes a good team with Takina.
The only problem is that the anime will concentrate much more on them and not much on the story, which is not really that bad, but
...
it surely could have been better and more interesting.
Anyway, this anime was a huge success and a spin-off manga has also been announced... so it wouldn't be weird to see a season 2 someday because, besides the success, SPOILER ALERT, the main villain is still alive and we've yet to discover many things about the other organizations such as Alan Institute or LilyBell, the male counterpart.
But this anime was most likely born to be a "one season anime" so, if they're gonna make more they've gotta be careful not to ruin it.
Before giving the final thoughts I also want to say that the animations were really really good and the ED song was amazing.
So, should you watch this anime? I gave it an 8 because I really enjoyed the chemistry between the main duo and that's it.
I followed the story and it became more interesting near the end, but the strong point of this anime are the girls and the animations, so if you don't care about that I doubt that you'll enjoy it, but you should give it a try anyway.

Kanojo, Okarishimasu is an anime that some will enjoy while others will hate.
It's really not that bad, but many people kept dragging it down because of the manga (which is in a bad state right now, I'll admit it), but this season and the next one (that just got announced) especially, are pretty good.
I'm not gonna write an entire review about the manga but basically, the main problem is that after 200+ chapters, there's really not much development and the author keeps dragging the story.
But all of this happens after season 3 and honestly I don't think they'll make many more season about it, maybe
...
we can hope for an original anime ending.
Anyway, let's talk about this 2nd season:
STORY: 6.5/7
Nothing exciting happened in this season, we just got to see some development of Kazuya (c'mon he leveled up a little) and the other girls, especially Ruka, Chizuru and Sumi (Mami didn't do that much) while Chizuru's grandma health conditions got worse.
Chizuru wants to become an actress and Kazuya tries to help her by renting her as much as possible, he even offers to make a movie with her.
ART: 8
The style is pretty much the same as the first season.
It's pretty good, really colorful and the animations are nice too.
MUSIC: 7.5
Both OP and ED are pretty good.
It also has nice insert songs.
CHARACTERS: 7
- Kazuya: still a cringy main character but we see that he's trying his best to become a better person by helping Chizuru in her life achievment to become an actress (Sadly it's not going that well in the manga).
- Chizuru: Chizuru is... good. I really don't know what to write about her because she's pretty much the same as season one.
She got a little closer with Kazuya though. Also, we got to see a little backstory of her in the last episode.
- Ruka: now... Ruka's probably going to be hated on for a while... She's really annoying, even more than in the first season.
She keeps getting in the way and she's basically harrassing Kazuya at one point.
- Sumi: 2 episodes where about Sumi if I remember correctly.
They were really good, Sumi is pretty cute and of course she has feelings for Kazuya but... he won't notice of course.
- Mami: keeps getting in the way too, but didn't do that much.
OVERALL: 7.5
Like I said, it's really not that bad, it's even funny at some points.
Of course not everyone has the same opinions and even if I liked it many other people have hated it, so it's up to you to watch it or not.

Shikimori's Not Just a Cutie was probably on everyone's list at the beginning of the spring season because My Dress-Up Darling just finished airing and this one looked like the big successor.
Turns out it wasn't and everyone just started to hate on it, but the truth is that it's actually decent.
STORY: 6
The story revolves around Izumi and Shikimori.
He is super unlucky and she's super cool and talented, so she's always there to help him out, not only because of that, but because they're actually a couple.
Yeah the story starts with them already going out and that's probably one of the things that many people including
...
me, didn't like.
The fun part in this kind of anime is to cheer up on your mc and wait for the confession, but it already happened :(
Anyway, almost all the episodes are about their daily lives with their friends, but some of them actually show what happened between them, how did they get together ecc...
ART: 8
It's good, both animations and backgrounds.
The opening was probably one of the best ones this season, both for the music and the animations.
I honestly didn't like Shikimori's hair colour, it's too pink damn.
SOUND: 7
Both OP and ED are really good and the sound used in the episodes fits well.
The voice actors are... not my favourites, especially Izumi.
CHARACTER: 7
All the characters got some screen time, even their friends.
They also introduced Kamiya but she didn't get the attention she deserved honestly.
So... Izumi, he's kinda cringe honestly and I think it's because of his voice.
He stays the same for the entire anime but he gets a little better in the last episode.
Shikimori is... Hmmmm... I don't know what to say, the way she speaks is too formal and I didn't really like that.
Their friends are kinda generic, I don't have much to say about them.
Kamiya looked like a promising character but after showing her past she just becomes a "friend".
ENJOYMENT: 7
I don't think that this anime deserves all the hate he got, because it's pretty nice and better than other romance anime honestly.
I didn't really like the characters but the episodes were enjoyable.
You should give it a try if you like anime where the couple is already established.
For example if you liked Tonikaku Kawaii, this one could grab your interest.

As a fan of Takagi-san I couldn't say no to another of Yamamoto's stories.
It's not as good as his other series but it has some potential.
STORY: 6
Unfortunately the story is pretty weak.
Boys and girls are separated from each other and we only get to see the daily lives of one side, the girls' one obviously.
The girls are teached that men are bad and scary, and especially in the first episode where they keep making jokes about them.
Luckily after that the story focuses more on the teams and less about the men.
It's a simple slice of life with some small plot twists here and there, but
...
nothing more.
ART: 9
The art was simply amazing!
There are some fighting scenes with incredible animations and the characters are all different (with huge foreheads of course).
SOUND: 9
Another thing that kinda impressed me was the sound.
The opening is good but the ending... MAAAN! Every episode has different voice actresses and the animation changes everytime.
Also, the music used in the show itself fits perfectly.
CHARACTER: 7
There are A LOT of characters in this show and every team gets at least one or half episode focused on it.
There are so many characters that you'll surely be able to find one that you like.
ENJOYMENT: 7
Overall this was a good show but unfortunately it probably won't get a season 2.
Honestly I think that it could have been more interesting if they introduced a boy.
Just imagine... a boy gets lost in the woods or somehow reaches this village where Tsubaki meets him and tries to hide him from the others.
Then we see all the different interactions between him and the other girls.
I think that something like this would have been more interesting.
The one thing that I can say for sure is that this slice of life is done pretty well and you should check it out if you are a fan of this genre.

When I first saw this anime I was like: "Oh man, this is Squid game! It's gonna be really interesting!" and I have to say that, yeah, it wasn't that bad, it was ok?
STORY: 7
We've got this group of friends (that we know nothing about) that gets kidnapped by some sort of secret agency called "Tomodachi game".
Here they get to know that one of them has a huge debt and has applied to play this game.
At first they are all like: "Yeah we are friends, we can do anything!", but as time goes on, the more their friendship starts to break.
ART: 6
The animations are nothing
...
exceptional and the backgrounds are boring.
Manabu is 3D and I don't understand why, it doesn't have a complex design so Idk.
SOUND: 7
Both OP and ED are pretty good.
The voice actors are also good, especially Yuuichi.
CHARACTER: 7
Unfortunately one of the things that I didn't like at first were the characters.
We didn't know anything about them, we just knew that they were friends but honestly, nobody trusted each other, not even a little, so I don't know if they can be called "friends".
Luckily we get to now more about them after some episodes, but it's not enough for me.
I'm sure that if they'll make more seasons everyone will have more development.
ENJOYMENT: 7
Like I said before, it was ok.
The first episodes were pretty weird and boring, but when you start to understand more about the games it gets interesting, especially because of Yuuichi the mastermind, super intelligent and a freak.
Also, I don't know why but I wanted more bloodshed.
The games were pretty boring so it could have been more interesting if there wasn't only the mental breakdown.
So, should you watch it? If you've seen and liked Classroom of the Elite, Money Heist or other shows with really intelligent characters, yeah, you can give it a try.
If that's not your genre then, I wouldn't reccomend it.
There's a lot of talk and not much action.

Aharen-san wa Hakarenai for me is one of those shows where I can only watch an episode per week because I would simply sleep if I watched 2 or more at a time.
STORY: 5
So, the story is about Reina and Raidou, this two high school students that met each other on their first day of school.
She's super quiet and no one can understand her, but Raidou tries his best to get to know and understand her.
That's super cute isn't it? Yeah, but that's it, nothing else happens, it's just a boring slice of life anime (I'll tell later why it's boring for me).
ART: 8
The art
...
is good, the backgrounds are pretty much the same almost every episode but they're done well.
The animations are also nice and the style is kinda cute.
SOUND: 7
The OP and the ED are good... YEAH THEY'RE CUTE TOO GODDAMN, this show has a huge amount of cuteness.
The songs used in the anime are pretty basic and the same for every episode.
CHARACTER: 6
I won't talk about the support characters because I have nothing to say, so I'll just talk about the two mains.
Both Reina and Raidou have no facial expressions, they're the same for the ENTIRE FRICKING SHOW!
At first this is kinda funny, especially Raidou, but after some episodes it gets really repetitive and boring.
There isn't an actual development in their personalities, they stay the same all the time.
ENJOYMENT: 6
Unfortunately I didn't really enjoy this show, even if the last episodes were slightly better than the first ones.
There's comedy but most of the time it isn't funny, especially because of those cardboard faces and 2017/18 jokes like the fidget spinner.
Also, we probably won't get a season 2 because the "thing" already happened so... yeah, I honestly didn't expect that to happen so soon.
So, if you are a fan of Rom-Com Anime and slice of life you should check it out, but if you're here just for the romance... I don't know what to say, they're cute together but those faces kinda ruined the show for me.

Paripi Koumei is one of those hidden gems that only some people have watched, but I'm sure that as time goes on, it'll get the attention it deserves.
STORY: 8
The story revolves around Eiko, a girl who wants to become a singer, and the famous tactician Kongming.
He's reborn in our era and he decides to help Eiko in her journey by using all sorts of tecniques invented by him in his other life.
ART: 7
The art is good and the characters are nice but overall, nothing special.
SOUND: 9
Probably the most important thing about this show, the music is really good, and I'm not talking about the OP
...
and the ED (Both amazing), I'm talking about the songs in the show itself.
There are rap battles and other really good songs.
The ones that Eiko sings are kinda repetitive after some time but overall there's a good amount of songs.
CHARACTER: 8
In this season the story revolves around Eiko, Kabe and Nanami.
They all get a nice amount of screentime and we get to see their story and problems.
We don't see much about Kongming though, I mean, after some episodes he looks like a supporting character and not a main one.
We still see all of his tecniques but he spends less time on the screen.
ENJOYMENT: 8
Overall, it's a pretty good show, especially the last two episodes.
It's not a "musical" but a story about music.
They don't start singing at random moments like in Disney movies and that's probably why I liked it when I first saw it.
I honestly hope that we'll get a season 2, because the story isn't over yet and I'm interested to see how's it gonna continue.
Well, the las thing that I can say is that you should give it a try, even if the music genre isn't your favourite there's surely something you'll like.

Summer Ghost is a short movie about a group of friends that finds out about a ghost of a girl who apparently committed suicide.
STORY: 8
The story is really simple but quite effective.
In such a short time we get to know the problems that these friends are afflicted with and we get to know more about this ghost.
ART: 7
The art is quite simple and the characters have simple designs, but overall it's nice.
SOUND: 7
...
The music blends well with the movie and the voice actors are good, but overall, nothing special.
CHARACTER: 7
Like I said before, we get to know all the 4 characters in a really short time and that's why, in my opinion, it kinda ruins the "mood" that they created.
I personally didn't feel attached to any of the characters, not even the ghost, and that's probably because of the short length of the movie.
ENJOYMENT: 7
Overall, it was a nice movie and I'm sure that some people may relate to at least one of these characters.
Unfortunately, like I said before, I think it should have been just a bit longer because some parts felt kinda rushed.
