Have you guys ever played Samurai Warriors, or at least Dynasty Warriors? This anime is the adaptation from one of Capcom Game called Sengoku Basara. One part of Sengoku Basara that sticks out from these kinds of games are their SUPER UBER OVER STRENGTH!
Instead of just seeing a "slash, slash, dash, blow!" we'll see "draw six swords at once, super speed, slash of EXPLOSION!" For more information about people in the game type in "Sengoku Period/Sengoku Basara" in wiki for better understanding why "this" or "that" happened in the story.
Story: 7
Easy starting, we started in a battlefeild scence, then there comes the main character,
...
then the fight, then the talk, then the fight. Think of it as "What do you think will happen when you're in war", the story just goes like that and I think (for people who played the game) the story won't change much from the game.
Art: 9
Art is Awesome! The fighting scene is really SUPER HUMAN, but it draws you to watch it until the end even though it seems so unrealistic. The backgrounds pictures (grass, building) was done very good and not complaints in that. One weak point is that sometimes the art goes into "I'm GONNA spin myself 180 degrees without moving" style, which makes the art look too much Inhuman.
Sound: 9
The OP "Jap" really does go with the anime and the ED is also the same. Since it's a action kind of anime you can expect good sounds from the fighting scene. Their sounds draw you to watch the scence more and more and their OST does go with "what is happening" in the story.
Character: 7
There is not much good point about their Character here. There's a BAD GUY, two almost good guys, Bad Guy armies, Good guy armies and they will fight each other...that's all. One good part about their character (which adapted from the game) was how usually the nickname of the generals sometimes go along with their looks and behavior (e.g. "The Tiger of Kai" of Shingen Takeda we'll see him wearing a tiger look-alike cloth with superb power and leadership")
Enjoyment: 9
For an action anime, this series does give a lot of enjoyment. Even though they're not much story to follow, but the "Maliness" and the Over Human fighting scene will kept you on your chair and made you watch it until it finished.
Overall: 8
Too bad that this series does not have any creativity at all. Since it was an adaptation from the game PLUS most of us will know the story already it will pull away our interest in watching Sengoku Basara a lot! However, it's still kinda interesting to see how will they adapt the game into an anime without ruining the story.

K-ON! (keion), very simple story with simple character.
Story: 7
The story is very simple, four high school girls come together (indeliberately and deliberately) and form a light music club, aiming to protect the club and perform on stage. That's really all about this anime. Light and simple with no plot twist at all.
Some Experiment:
They met--> Starts playing together---> Practice ---> Pass hardship--->...The story is simple so after this it is easy to guess what will happen.
This serie will surely never get a 10 nor a 9, the best they can get is a 8 (no plot twist, deep plot or
...
any secret)
Art: 8
When talking about K-ON! we're talking about Kyo-ani here. As expected from them they can draw an art that can attract people very easily. K-ON!'s art is consider good, but not great like their other projects. (You know it...) I gave them an 8 but it should be the maximun they can get too since their art won't be better than this current one already.
Sound: 9
Can't really give them an 8 since THIS IS A MUSIC ANIME! Their opening "Cagayake Girls" and their ending "Don't say Lazy" are really addictive from my perspective. They have the music sounds (for sure), their moving sounds, simple sounds but that's all. They don't have anything that goes very deep into reality at all. At least they earned a 9 for their good OP and ED.
Character: 7
One Word! SIMPLE! It's very simple, but still classic. What do we have?
Hirasawa Yui- "A clumsy girl who turns out to be good at guitar"
Akiyama Mio-" A cool and beuatiful girl who turns out to be (ahem) Moe and very shy"
Tainaka Ritsu-" A super active girl who always do something mad"
Kotobuki Tsugumi-" A kind, organized, honest girl who came from a rich family.
See any similarities? (Those who already see Lucky Star)
Hirasawa Yui Hiiragi Tsukasa
Akiyama Mio Hiiragi Kagami
Tainaka Ritsu Isumi Konata
Kotobuki Tsugumi Takara Miyuki
Conclusion: It's just like Lucky Star Characters but put Tsukasa as the Main herione instead.
Enjoyment: 8
I'm not particullary a "MOE" addict guy, but K-ON! does turn on my alarm to shout "MOE!" a lot. The serie does show very simple jokes, but some are too much (going like "huh"?) and we can't understand. Since this is a Music School Life kind of anime the only thing we can enjoy it is their school life + their music. This serie does only give Simple enjoyment and gives nothing more.
Overall: 8
From what I told through out my review this anime is really SIMPLE! They don't give anything stress nor anything boring but just simple. This anime is really good for people who want to sit back and relax or when they have nothing to do. In my perspective, the only reason I still watch this show is to see if they can really make an awesome music or not and that's all.

This reveiw was written after 4 episodes watched: (Will update later)
(THIS REVIEW IS ONLY FOR PEOPLE WHO WATCHED FMA 1 ALREADY! SOME PART MAY SPOIL PEOPLE WHO NEVER WATCHED)
Story: 6
I can't say much about the story since the series only started by 4 episodes and more are needed for better explaination. However, judging from this four episodes the Famous Full Metal Alchemist (Although Season 1 ending was dissapointed) has come back with a bang, throwing people off guard. Our (ahem) Small, brave, smart and arrogant Edward Elric is back with his awesome alchemy with his (ahem) Big, just and kind Brother Alphonse Elric. The
...
story does start good, but when the rerun of some similar episodes from the First season happened the interest in watching may fall down a lot. If the story still continues on like this 6 is the maximun I can give.
Art: 10
Like the First Season, Season two doesn't dissapoint us with any crappy drawing at all. Instead, the drawing looks more better and more realistic (although some parts still not).
Sound: 10
The opening and the ending of FMA never cease to amaze the viewers. Their OP and ED does go along with the story and become the starter/dessert before the story starts/end. The effects (e.g. Ice cracking, footstep, blast attack, slashing) were all input and thus pull us into the story.
Character: 6
Like Story I can't evaluate the character yet with only 4 episodes watched. Overall from FMA 1 is a 10, but there's chance that the second season will be worse than the first. Only time will tells. (For anyone who still interest in reading the character now read FMA 1 review)
Enjoyment: 9
Alchemy, is to change the elements of the substance from one form to another and from that form may also turned into another. This idea is already much to sastified the viewers with their used of Alchemy (e.g.: Change Water to Ice then boil ice or melt ice and chance it back to water) Another thing that will make people enjoy is their plot, which can twist and turn like a vine. However, the plot will still have to looks throughout the second season.
Overall: 7
A good starting, If FMA 2 can power up it's story the character will goes up by itself. If they can really suceed in making an awesome story for episodes and finish with an epic ending then this serie should deserve a 10. If...

Currently this will be the 1st draft of this review. (I will make a better one after my Exam)
[Even though I gave it low grade, it comes from how hard I grade it and maybe it'll be bump up 1-2 points if graded by others]
To say it simple for simple understanding for simple people: Magical Girl
This show was really based on magical girls who were called ESPer instead and the main character of this show are the three Level 7 (highest level) children esper who luckily found someone who accepted them.
Story: (7/10)
I must say Zettai Karen Children really gives me high expectation at first sight.
...
The story was about Esper, as known as people who have abnormal powers (e.g. psykic, mind reading, teleportation), which was obvious that they'll be hate by normal people. That's really the strongest part of this story; is how to lead normal people and Espers to live together. However, this story doesn't allow that to happen easily and the obstacle called "Normals" who hate esper and "PANDRA", espers who hate normal. The story level ups when we knew that the people who are holding the future were 3 Esper children (Kaoru, Shiho, Aoi) . That part is what I like about the story, children, who were the future for us adults. We are leaving the future in their hands either for them to be good or evil and saving the world or destroy the world is up to their choice. Then we had this 20-years-old guy name Minamoto, who was the key to those 3 children future and the future of the world.
The story will become fabulous if the main theme of "co-opporation" (since this story wants normal and abnormals to be together). Howeve, maybe due to the extremely long series (52 episode) the story does have some "not relevant" (extremely out of the blue) kind of episodes that doesn't makes sense. Thus, pulling it down from a 9 to an 8.
Art: (6/10)
We cannot expect much from art when they have 52 episodes to do, however, they still meet my expectation as albe to watch. There are no rag-doll and people move normally (well, most of them). However, their background sometimes totally fail and that also concludes to their characters. For conclusion their art was their weak point in this show. (No shining point at all)
Sound: (6/10)
Their sounds are good, but just barely good and not anything better. Their OP and ED are consider as above average (for only 2 OP and 1 ED) but still not good enough to make people remember it and want to listen to it again. Thus, pushing it down one grade from 10 to 9. Then sometimes they lack sounds at places where there should be sound effect there (even though most of the sound effect were heard and was good) and push it down to an 8. Finally is the character voice acting, as expected from high level voice actor (e.g. Aya Hirano) their sounds were very good, but when thinking "They're currently acting as a 10-year old kids" some part are not realistic enough to be 10 years old. Overall, their sounds made above average effect on the viewer.
Character: (7/10)
We did see a hell lot of interesting characters in the story. For Example, a guy name Muscle Okama (Muscle friends) who are gay and shoots laser beam from...ahem...that thing. The three main character have their character development from brats (sorry for rude words) who were spoiled to nice kids who were self-sufficient (a little). However, they do develop at some parts without any information leaving the viewers to questioning about when did they stop doing "....". The character did develop, but not to their critical yet and thus (also leaving the question of are they bad or good) only develop from brats to kids, but not to good children. They did show them at adult around 18 maybe. Next is balancement, main character were well balance with 3+1 however, the minor character just kept increasing and some are used only once and forgotten. If they can manage their character more (if they create a second season) then they'll earn more points.
Enjoyment: (7/10)
I can't believe myself that I'm saying this but I do enjoy this show to the level of watching it every 2 weeks after some episodes came out. Their series have loads of parody from many other animes (e.g. like Hayate no Gotoku) and some parody were clearly shown and not being the background image (e.g. Imitating of Death Note). However, they lack the timing of using their parody (the clearly shown one) and some ruined the moods of watching totally. Next was I enjoyed seeing how the children (girls) react to their supervisor (man) and also like seeing him get into many troubles ( funny, scary, gay-ish, almost dead). What really makes me annoyed the most was their acting like those Magical Girl series (ones where their transformation took the whole 1-4 minutes) and how some actions doesn't make sense. Overall I still see it as Enjoyable, but not to the extreme rate.
Overall: (7/10)
It is a show with a really interesting topic to do with. However how they express it from the anime wasn't sastified and I can't really give them anything more than 7 (Actually it should be a 6 but I gave them one more for interesting topic).
My suggestion is that if you're those kind of loli's, parody and comedy lover it isn't a bad anime to try.
