I'll keep this as spoiler free as possible. I'm not very active on MAL and this is my first review too........ so.
This part is the pinnacle of Bizarre
I'm sure you read the synopsis and other reviews so I'll keep this short too.
The story follows Josuke Higashikata who is a man with 4 balls 4 eyes and 2 tongues. Too bad he doesn't have 4 nipples.

part and hence it feels directionless, it makes sense. Don't complain.
The characters are well written. I think none of the characters outshine Josuke in any way contrary to a few other previous jojo parts..
Could there be a main antagonist for this part? I don't know. I'm not sure. I think every villain in this story is a main antagonist in their own way. Ignoring the fact that the final villain still suits their role as the 'Main antagonist' well. They're not driven by the fact that they want to rule the world, or act like the dudes who spam "we live in a society" but not as a joke. They're pretty simple and realistic in my opinion at least which is why I like them.
The art is wonderful, not much to say.
For Jojolion specifically. I don't think it's ever boring. It feels like every chapter is a damn cliffhanger and well that's it
