This anime changed my life.

I had always thought: "Female authors don't really understand how to write realistic, believable male (especially main) characters."

Oh boy how wrong I was.

The author of Boku no Kokoro no Yabai Yatsu does an astonishing job at conveying every emotion that the main character, Ichikawa, feels since the very beginning, during his entire transformation, and until the very end of this anime adaptation. A lovely anime. What can I say?

As a genre I am not quite used to watch, it was interesting to see the differences between life being a boy vs life being a girl and all the funny situations that happened due to this.

Music and overall OST is pretty enjoyable. Art and animation were colorful and bright, which combined with a fast-paced narrative, made it very enjoyable to watch. I surely enjoyed every minute of it.

This however might not be an anime suited for all. You like it or you don't, and that's fine. I'd definitely recommend that you give it a try ...

Platinum End, the next work from the creators of Death Note and Bakuman! Only by hearing this, you would definitely think this will be a masterpiece! Or at least worth watching.

It is not.

Story: 2/10. Spoilers ahead.

The main character is God Candidate Kakehashi Mirai, the opposite of Yagami Light from Death Note which, far from wanting to become the God of the New World, just wants... everyone to be happy. How does he achieve this? Will he become God? Does he desire this? What is his master plan? He doesn't have any plan at all. He just plain says 'I want everybody to be happy' ...
