Akuyaku Reijou nano de Last Boss wo Kattemimashita is a series that is definitely not extraordinary in any way but still can make you want to watch it. The story itself is pretty simple and so are the characters. Only Aileen truly shines bright and shows some more potential, as expected for the main character. A lot of the charm she has comes from her amazing Seiyuu for sure.
What in my opinion is the main problem of this series?
The pacing.
While some more boring plot points are being dragged on for way too long and we just have to sit through boring conversations, the relationships between
...
characters, on the contrary, are being developed way too fast so they feel fake and hard to believe. Although Cedric and Aileen do have chemistry, their love appeared out of nowhere, we had no time to watch them grow and fall in love and as a series that is about romance, it has failed to deliver in that department.
Still, I have to admit, I was anticipating certain episodes when I watched it weekly. Some of the cliffhangers were done pretty well and knew how to keep myself on the edge of my seat. The problem was that those cliffhanger moments were resolved too fast, in the first few minutes of the next episode which in the end made me feel bored watching the rest of the episode focused on just talking.
It's basically up to someone's preferences if they want to watch it or not. It's an easy skip but when as of late anime industry doesn't deliver much romance-themed anime, maybe it is enough for those who crave to see new productions of this genre...

It pains me to say it but Kumichou Musume to Sewagakari is the prime example of the 'mid show'.
The concept of found family in the yakuza environment itself is actually a great setup that can end up with a fantastic action-packed comedy. Yet, in this show, the whole part of gang life is only treated as an explanation for why Kirishima used to be a violent and cruel person and the jokes are often unfunny or even cringe.
When I read the description of this show for the first time, I hoped it would be another entertaining thing to watch, similar to Hinamatsuri but what we
...
got instead was a dish without any flavor. It tried to be funny, it tried to be sad, it tried to give some mystery and some action. And it failed. It failed with everything.
For sure there was potential within this story but nothing was able to bring it out. The sad scenes weren't sad enough. The funny moments weren't funny enough. The most dramatic moment in the entire show ended as quickly as it started. So no matter how much I wanted to like this show, it constantly kept reminding me how mediocre it is. Especially the episode with the concept of "it was all just a dream" destroyed any hope that I had left for it.
The relationship between Kirishima and Yaeka didn't feel special at all as the person who she was lacking wasn't a father but a mother so the whole concept of their bonding felt weak from the very beginning and I believe that this part of the story was supposed to be the strongest point.
There are so many amazing stories with the 'found family' trope so do yourself a favor, skip this series, go watch Spy x Family and if you want to feel more like a hipster, go watch Hinamatsuri. You will definitely have way more fun with those two shows than with this bland story.

Were those special episodes necessary in the first place?
No.
But did they give me enough enjoyment by bringing the characters I missed seeing back in action for 40 more minutes?
Absolutely!
...
The first one out of two episodes was just a simple extra case that let us see William and Sherlock once again working more or less together which we weren't able to see much of in the two seasons for quite an obvious reason.
The story itself was okay, nothing special, nothing that would shock us. I would say it was mostly created to give us extra interactions between Sherly and Moriarty which is absolutely fine by me. But once again there is nothing more than this so don't expect much.
The second episode was just straightforward fanservice. It was quite entertaining, I cannot lie, I even giggled a few times. It was reassuring that they managed to not drift into the cringe territory as it was something I was worried about. We got to hear some cliche lines straight out of some dating simulators but also we saw a protective side of the older two Moriarty brothers which I found very adorable!
Overall I found both episodes entertaining enough to give them the overall score of 7/10. The quality of art and sound isn't any different than in the two seasons and I was just happy to once again see the characters I grew to like a lot animated!

I really have no words for WIXOSS Diva(A)Live. It's just bunch of cringy idol clichés that aren't enjoyable in the slightest. Shame on MAL for putting 'Psychological' tag on this series. I really got fooled.
The story is predictable to the core, characters are either mediocre or just straight out cringy. To be honest, the only good point of this anime are some of the designs. As a self taugh artist, I can appreaciate the work that was put into the costumes of their avatars but even those aren't all that good (like that monster cotsume, I get it, it was supposed to be a joke
...
later on but it just doesn't work at all).
I gave this abomination of a WIXOSS spin-off 4/10. Don't watch it, it's a waste of time, it has nothing to do with original WIXOSS and as far as it comes to idol girls anime, I'm not an expert but I can bet my money there are many series that are way better than this one

Hanyou no Yashahime was a mistake. There I said it.
I never was a huge fan of Inuyasha but I did like that series, it was a big part of my childhood and I just liked all the variety of characters there! If you miss Inuyasha, don't watch this serier, go and rewatch original one, I promise you, you will have way more fun than watching 24 episodes of Yashahime.
Although the main 3 characters aren't exactly terrible, they are not very entertaining either, somehow their interactions aren't enjoyable to watch, they are just plain boring. Something really is lacking. I don't know if it's because it's
...
only three girls and there is no male or fun sidekick to just balance them out, it just doesn't work for me. As single characters, I see nothing wrong with Towa, Setsuna and Moroha but as a group, they just don't work right. Tanuki character adds nothing, he's just a rip-off Shippo but less funny.
Story is very very boring. Nothing exciting happens, nothing suprises you, it's bland. Now I didn't really like plot in original Inuyasha's series either but it still was way better than whatever they threw in the script of Yashahime.
Now you may see that I gave it 1/10. Is it 1/10? No, it's really not. It is at least 4/10 probably but I am biased and I will keep this low score. Main reason is that I find the ship Sesshomaru x Rin turning canon as something very inappropriate. I saw how people defend it that it is a different era and this used to be normal etc. Just because something used to be 'normal', doesn't mean it was supposed to be treated that way. I won't write a whole paragraph of reasons why this ship shouldn't have happened, many people before me has already done that. I don't like it, it ruined this mediocre show for me, I don't regret giving this series 1/10.
Go watch better shows, don't waste your time on upcoming sequel.

Golden Kamuy is one of those anime that I can't criticize. No it's not perfect but it is a great anime. One of the best I've ever seen. For me personally it is a perfect anime because it has everything I love in the story.
Third season doesn't disappoint, I didn't have any doubts that it will be amazing! I'm just sitting there and waiting for the announcement of the fourth season!
Golden Kamuy is one of those series that are appreaciated in Japan but sadly not worldwide. Sometimes I think it's better this way, normies wouldn't understand its phenomenon anyway.
I give this anime 10/10 because it
...
is my favourite anime, maybe it lacks something at some points but I am so charmed by the perfectly designed characters and well written story that I look past any mistakes.
If you haven't seen Golden Kamuy yet, then move your butt to the first season and catch up! You won't be disappointed!

Honestly, I wish we could see more of the dorm life instead of the training that we can already see enough of in the main story.
It's not like this OVA is in any way terrible but it is very mediocre. Of course for some fans, just seeing some moments with their favourite characters will be enough and I admit, for Tokoyami, Todoroki, Deku and Bakugou fans, there surely are some nice screens and scenes.
There are also small scenes of Izuku and Ochaco being cute, and Iida and Momo having a nice relationship as class representatives.
Other than that, this OVA is very bland, the objective they
...
aim to accomplish is nothing original nor interesting. I wish we could see how Team B training went too but as we can easily see, this group contained less popular characters who will probably never be much developed.
Previous special episodes were much more enjoyable, at least for me. This one is nothing special. 5/10
