Finally we get to enjoy the stupidly good quality of the two previous entries without the scat! (Most disturbing thing here: eating dogfood.) This while almost upping everything else: story, art, twists, effects, production, voice acting… And most important sexier scenes. This is Teruaki Murakami at his very peek, with extremely hot girls sucking and fucking like they’re dying from hornyness. The relationship’s turns and Yuu’s real self exposed is what excells this must watch above other hentai. Insanely well-drawn and made, so to speak.

Following it’s predecessor with the same quality in art, music, voice acting and presentation, this time the story is more apparent. Still mostly character driven, this leading female’s feelings are a tad more normal, convincingly portraying sadness and fear. The brutal, depressing story features a lot of extreme scat, which heavily downgrades the otherwise completely sexy scenes. While not as succesful in fascinating the viewer as the last time, the poetry of the story is beautifully conveyed, even featuring a real animated opening.

With high-quality art and professionalism in music and presentation, this character-driven dark tale takes place in the nights of the hospital ward, where an insane doctor is trying to bend a nurse into extreme acts of sex and degradation. However well-directed and effective, the large amount of scat including diarrhea and coprophagia kills the enjoyment for this reviewer. Still watchable thanks to the very sexy Ren, featured in top notch Murakami fellatio scenes, and the captivating plot.
