Mars of Destruction was made by a 3 Sixth graders for a Middle School Animation project.
The OVA is so weird and confusing,
Alot of the action timing is off. Example Police Officers get shot, why it take so long for their heads to fall off.
Why did the bring back the girl who's head got blown off. The doctor said this one cant be helped. OF COURSE SHE CAN'T BE HELPED, HER HEAD WAS BLOWN OFF.
Then the suit, BASURA (trash). The glow stick called a ... sword.
Why did his Dad give it to him. Why did his dad says he's the only compatible one, and the "smart lady" say it's the Hinata family fate to wear the suit. DID YOU OR DID YOU NOT TEST MULTIPLE PEOPLE.
AND WHY give this man a suit if he moves at the same pace as the girls. WHY ARE ONLY GIRLS IN THE ORGANIZATION, Answer: cheap fanservice
Last but not least, you're into awkward fight scenes, stiff character no storyline, Rockman villians, and few weird wrist "Oh no you dont" grabbing.
