Hello, I am AboAhmed.. I will be more than happy to make friends here.

I am Abu Ahmed, born in 2002. I enjoy anime as a hobby. The first anime I ever watched was Ranma, so I’m very biased toward it. My second anime was Detective Conan, which is why I love this series so much.

I love all kinds of slice-of-life works. Recently, I’ve come to prefer watching 12-episode series and can no longer tolerate long-running shows.

My criteria for rating anime are as follows:

10/10 means I loved the series and enjoyed watching it, regardless of whether it truly deserves that score or not.
7-9/10 means I didn’t enjoy most of it, but it deserves a high rating due to excellent art or story.
5-6/10 means I didn’t enjoy it at all, and I wouldn’t recommend watching it.
Below 5/10 means I hated it and wish I had never watched it.
I have one rule: If I start an anime, I must finish it.

I can't promise I'll get to it. It's part of a genre I typically avoid and there's a host of other shows, old and new, that have my attention.

A mate of mine is STILL trying to get me to retry watching Galaxy Express 999 and another fighting for Konosuba.

Yeah, few Romance anime in general actually get to even the confection, more concerned with dragging it out to milk the show for finance gain. It's true of their manga sauces as well from what I hear. So Ranma was probably not going to get very far toward some sort of conclusion.

I get the appeal of loving characters a whole lot as well, shows can get a lot of mileage out of that. That said, I haven't seen QQ and can only work off the small amount I've heard through osmosis and assumptions I can make from hearing about Harems and having seen several romcoms.

Plent of people on here rate on enjoyment over being critical, and I could just be too jaded to rate on that alone.

For all the appeal I see in harem anime, I've never gotten into them. Not being about to see worth in indulging in the typical wish fulfillment. I have seen some thinking that it was some other kind of show and a revers harem. That said, I have seen Ranme having heard about the reputation of its author. It does raise a question for me: why do you see Quintessential Quintuplets as a 10/10? A rating also given to Dororo. Given what I've heard of QQ, I don't see the reasoning.
