Maybe it's because my country's been fucked by colonialism, but I really don't enjoy this shit. Can't lie the art's amazing but the slavery really rubs me the wrong way.
It's like that time southern American tries to portray slave life being all sunshine and rainbows and everyone sings while picking cotton. That's what this manga is reminding me of, trying to make light of slavery.
I know the name is a big giveaway about what the story is but cmon man it could've done more better or atleast tastefully, this is just disgusting.
And don't tell me about how she's "okay" being a slave, just because
