Here's my preliminary review for Part 9 of 'JoJo's Bizarre Adventure', 『The JOJOlands』
This review is currently based on my reading of chapter 1, and will be updated as the manga goes on.

I enjoyed it! As a person who's only seen some fleeting scenes of JoJo, I love our main protagonist, 『Jodio Joestar』. Very much a foil to most of our main 'JoJo's, starting off as a more villainous character in some sense. The sibling, 『Dragona Joestar』, is also an interesting character personally. Character-wise, it's shaping to be interesting, and I quite like the idea of a JoJo who feels the most like a counterpart to ... Giorno Giovanna, whose goal is very much an opposite to Giorno's goal.

And the Stands -- 『November Rain』 and 『Smooth Operators』 -- look quite interesting in action, and 『The Hustle』 seems to be... 'interesting' for a lack of a better term, but we'll have to see until it debuts for me to give a proper review. Story-wise, 'diamond heist' feels like an interesting first step, but one that I like! We'll get to see just how villainous Jodio can be, and how his character development will be shaped.

Overall, very much a big recommend from me for now! Though you'll have to -- at the very least -- read the other two parts of the rebooted JoJo universe (referring to Steel Ball Run and JoJolion) in case you want to understand how Jodio and Dragona -- through their mother, 『Barbara Ann Joestar』 -- tie into the Joestar bloodline.
