This anime was all over the place, and as such ended up being very amusing in a very unexpected way, it does all the 90's anime tropes without a fail, but also without direction, I broke into laughter many many times, but I doubt they intended that at all, the characters are absurd, as are their motivations, also this anime is horny in the weirdest ways and it keeps topping itself, when you think they can't sunk any deeper they find a way by introducing another couple.

That said the character designs and animations are pretty good and well done, sure the plot is a mess, ... but it's a cheesy mess so it's very enjoyable. it's really worth watching despite all it's shortcomings, specially drunk. Now it's understandable where all the negative reviews come from, given the topics and how the anime chooses to present some of it's characters, but everything this anime does it does in such an over the top way that it's just entertaining.

That's the big takeaway from this anime, it's very entertaining, especially if you have watched a lot of 90's animes, it makes you go "Oh, I can see where they were going with this, they failed the landing miserably but I can see where they took that from". I'd take an entertaining mess over a boring good anime any day.

Again about the characters, none of them make sense and none of them make decisions in a human way, but they're all cute and funny, the best character is the main vampire girl, she's eloquent and is the closest character to have a plan as the plot unravels.

Overall 8/10, but only if you are capable of laughing at it's shortcomings.

I'm sorry for those who love it but this show is just so bland, we have an interesting protagonist, she's is hot headed and full of responsibility and has a heart of gold, but she's also completely stale, what you see is what you get, there's no growth to be seen whatsoever. I'm gonna try and talk about the main points in the anime (gonna keep it spoiler free for the later episodes of the show, but there isn't all that much to spoil).

The golf itself the animations are gorgeous, and the tricks themselves look very impressive, however it's always an asspull, it doesn't feel ... like who wrote the anime knows much about golf, or if they do they refrained from getting too technical on the show, which to me shows a bit of insecurity, most tricks are insane as I already mentioned, but they always leave you with a "ok, but how?" or "sure, but not really, that's just straight up impossible" which is fine for a shonen fiction anime, not so much for a more mature and grounded show.

The whole mafia twist could really kick the anime into higher gear, add some tension and stakes to the plot, but once again it's all knee deep, they sure try to make everyone seem serious and mysterious, but it's like an over the top ornamented box with a timer and a lock in it, everyone stares at it, and gets hyped, and decides to wait for the timer to reach zero, but all of that is just to keep people from trying to open the box, as it's actually empty inside.

Now for the thing everyone is praising... the Yuri romance. What the fuck is everyone talking about, I mean Yuri romance is fun and all, but it doesn't make the show good all by itself, and in this case is even worse because it seems people forget that for a Yuri romance to be good, it needs to be a good romance to begin with, it's like they put these 2 cute (and to be fair very suited for each other) girls together and hoped it would be enough. Believe me, the Romance is barely present in the show, the 2nd girl rarely shows up at all.

Overall it's a fine, braindead show, if you want to turn your brain off and enjoy a few cute girls for a while it's nice. Every season needs its trashy, easy to watch show. but if you're actually looking for some meat to bite into, this ain't it.
