if you watched the anime.. this is really, in my opinion, the only good way to actually end the story. the prequel was a bit too open in both the manga and anime. and this really ties up all the loose ends. i can finally stop thinking about what would've been and can now go on with my life.. more anime :)

well.. this show.
not to say that I didn't like it, however the plot was very original, only dragged down by what I see to be some of many "clichés". Including: •the forgiveness of an unspeakable act due to romantic connection •falling in love with the protagonist because of some event during their youth, whilst the protagonist himself does not feel the same way in return. I personally cringe at this one. •the main theme is very well chosen but is overplayed and doesn't carry enough variation as the anime progresses which is a downside. probably due to limited funding? •they forgot to deliver a backstory to WHY ... |
