Warning: The review will contain spoilers
Here's an update review in YouTube. Don't is still mine and sorry if my voice sound shaky I'm just a poor college student that have no money to buy a mic and used my earphone as a mic....
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h8ViiGfxiIc&t=198s
If not then... Here's the script. Kinda I think....
Well… there’s one place I can put this anime.
Anime that everybody hates but I don’t category.
Story: Is a battle royal anime. The stories are inside the characters and the world itself of the show (For this case is the ziggurat, the world and the nimrod, the weapons). So for the characters stories I'm
...
going to talk more about it as we go to the characters section. While the world itself, does leave us some mystery but it did explain as the series progress. Like, the changes of the ziggurat in episode 6 and in episode 8, where the ziggurat change and Kodama nimrod is in the ziggurat (Like literately), how did the characters enter the ziggurat?? Why does Koyori have the scar??
Now without more spoilers of the world. Let's move on to characters.
Characters: Like I say for story, a battle royal anime story comes from the world and the characters itself. So I'm going to organised from my least favourite pair to my favorite.
Break (Rei) and Bind: This got my least favourite because... Well... We don't barely know them...Like seriously... They fought Tazuna and Koyori in episode 1 and we didn't see them until episode 12. But give them some credit we do get some hints about why do they want to be a hand shakers in the last episode. But if I have to guess what is his story for the last episode. It have to be that they were in a band but they want to help others to get instrument but they are poor and do not have the money to help.
Mayumi and Koyori parents: I can understand that you don't want your kids to get hurt. But by god are they mean to their kids. Now the series did explain why and how they disappear. They are fighting with god and nobody knows what happen to them. Did they die?? Did they win?? Nobody knows... Why they got higher than Break and Bind?? Well... at least their motive make sense.
Nagaoka, Mayumi and Makihara: Hell, as we get some backstories not in the sense on why they are hand shakers but as to why the relationship between Makihara and Koyori. Mayumi and Koyori are twins and they were born as hand shakers. Not given by god but thye were born in the Ziggurat. While Nagaoka and Makihara act as a bodyguard for Mayumi and Koyori from other hand shakers. He still steal Mayumi in a comma because he wants to protect her and take good care of her.
Masaru and Lily: Those 2 are incest relationship?? Or not?? Like nobody knows... Either way I'm not that bother with incest that much. I just treat it as normal romances. But the story with them are pretty relatable for me. I mean a smart ass sister and a stupid (Well... in term of his study). Does remind me of me and my brother. He being a smart ass while I'm not...
Now their story is to be together?? Nah, they want brothers and sister relationship in the world to be treated as normal romance. A quote from Yosuga no sora "Who cares if we are related?? Let them think what they want."
Tazuna and Koyori: The main pair, which I really like in the end of the series. The relationship between those 2 could be interesting. Tazuna is still having withdrawing symptoms for his sister death when he saw Koyori and treated her as a replacement for his sister until Nagaoka knock to his brain and say "Ding Dong bitch she ain't your sister". While he didn't have a wish... In fact he was just thrown into the world without any warning. I'm pleased to see some development inside him as to she isn't his sister but a different person. While for Koyori, I'm glad that she has a different story than Mayumi and she is a balancing act for Tazuna. Take their relationship as to Kuro and Mahiru in Servamp. I like anime that have character relationship like those 2 called me a sucker for that. It's because of that character interaction is why I like Tazuna and Koyori as a character.
Chizuru and Hayate: Now those 2 have one of the easiest character story out of all the pairs in the series. They were bully and we finally get a legit reason as to why a loli is a loli and why a wimp is a wimp. Is because of those reason is why I felt for them when they lose the fight between Tazuna and Koyori. I don't really want to go through their backstory as it is straight to the point and simple.
Kodama and Hibiki *BEST PAIR!!!!*: Those 2 are easily my favorite pair of the series as the story in them are pretty understandable. Not too complex but not too simple. Kodama wants to be the best idol but with lives gig getting cancel one by one. Her dream of being an idol slowly slip out of her sight until Hibiki came. Hibiki legit quit his job so he could train and help Kodama to become an idol. Not to mention, he became Kodama first fan as a boost for her confidences in her that she can do it.
Now after that long ass talk about the characters let's look at the art/ animation. Is studio GoHand... You know the K and coppelion people. While the background art and the 2D looks gorgeous. The CG looks... How should I put this nicely?? Bad...
Not to mention how they do camera movement for some felt shaky. Now they could fix the camera movement (and in fact I do pray they do fix it) by adding more in-between motion to make it look smother. Beside that... There's not much to talk about art/ animation. So let's move on to music.
Music: For the opening is sang by OxT which is famous for the overload, prince of stride alternative and Gekkan shoujo Nozaki kun opening. Which start out with a kick ass opening and a stellar guitar and amazing beat which leads up to the chorus which is kick ass. While the opening did spoil the whole damn thing. I don't mind as majority of opening did that. While the ED is sang by Akino Arai which is Amanchu! ed and Aria op. While is just a chill and relaxing song the lyrics after an amazing episode after the next. While the OST is able to bring out the mood in some with it's beautiful piano music and the soft calming drumming in it. Also Hand Shakers probably have the best OST of the season and if I got an opportunity to buy it I would.
Enjoyment: This is probably the best work GoHand has put out in years. (well... beside seitokai Yakuindomo). I'll never enjoy K, while for coppelion I got some mix feeling about it. It didn't make me understand the world the characters are in and that's a problem. While for hand shakers the world of the Ziggurat, nimrod and the characters motive are clear as day light to me.
Recommendation: Well... with all being say I give hand shakers a score of 8.0 and a recommendation to watch it. If you want a fun and extincting world building anime for this winter season. I highly suggest hand shakers.
Other recommendation will be K (I don't really recommend it tho...) and there's guilty crown which have which have a similar vibe with hand shakers about high schoolers in war between each other and giant sword.

With all the popular romance being set in high school. Like, Ao Haru ride, ReLife, I always love you and etc. Is glad we get to see some younger approach for the viewers to felt their first love all over again as WE ALL FELT THAT BEFORE. If you are looking a romances anime that will reminds you of your first love. Then I got 1 for you it will make you feel warm, cozy and felt heart warning as you remember your first love. Here I'm bringing a review from the spring and fall season of 2016, 12 sai chicchan na mune no tokimeki
...
or easier to say in English Age 12 a little heart pounding.
Now we that long intro done let's start the review.
Warning: This review will covered both season
Story: The story featured Ayase Hanabi a 12 year old as with that age she's no longer consider a kid and at the same time not an adult yet with her beloved crush Takao Yuuto and her long childhood friend Aoi Yui and her crush Hiyama Kazuma as they found love with whatever bullshit their classmate pull up their ass. One thing nice about this show is PRETTY MUCH RELATABLE TO EVERYBODY and the show does play it out well. We all got tease for having the sign of love when we are kids and no kids want to admit that. However getting tease a lot bring out a lot frustration to the guys so...They just announce it as they can't stand seeing their girls struggle anymore from the bullies (That's kinda bold).
Art/ Animation: The anime is done by studio OLM. Which are in charge for Youkai watch, LBX, Pokemon and beyblade. So... I am not surprise they decide to take on this project. Well the art style is also a gigantic tone shift once you found out they also berserk (not the 2016 version). Is cute, adorable, Bubbly and charming with the out struck background to portrait the characters emotion to the animation being just amazing and pretty cute which is shown in the 2 season.
Music: OP 1 show how bright and cheerful as it could be as we all felt that sort of emotion in real life and in the show. Take note on the beginning on the song
"I have just woken in spring and have a new breath of sweet sensation. Then I realize the kindness in your heart". As this part of the song is protracting our couple love in the first few episode as they are not sure whether to go out with them or not. While op 2 show the couples struggle as they are lost and they don't know what to do at a situation like this. Aoi is trap in a love triangle as she have to choose 1 guy as her girlfriend. Will she choose Hiyama or will she Ayumu?? While for Hanabi is realizing that she have to tell her family that she has a boyfriend while being worried that she is going to loose him in that progress. The OST is the same as the out struck animation style to portrait the couples emotion for both season.
Characters: Let's start with my least favorite character and move slowly to my favorite character of the series Hamana Cocoa, bitch he hates you that's the no reason for you to trick Hanabi as your sole call "crush" will crush you at the end if you keep doing that. She happens to be the one character that didn't get enough character development as at the end of the series. She's still a bitch. I know she's meant to be the bitchy character that ALMOST every school anime should have but out of all the school bitches that I have saw she has to be the worst. Not to mention she have the other student to gang up on Hanabi to get her revenge. Next, Eiko and his gang. The newspaper reporter as they stalk on them getting some scope and report it to school magazine. Why are they above Cocoa?? At least they got the brain on when to put in the school magazine or not. If they did put it they got a lot of explanation to do to Hiyama, Takao and Tsutsumi. Ogura Marin, She's meant to be a lecture on giving tips to find love and solve the situation for the characters which is pretty interesting to have a character like this in a romances anime for once. Once her lecture start I have to keep reminding myself that this anime is for little kids so her lecture won't be ignoring. Ayase Hanabi, I got mix feeling with her. At one point I love her characteristic and some point question her mind. I know getting a boyfriend is hard and all maybe hard but still...Takao Yuuto, he's kind and strong heart guy at his best to protect Hanabi and his friend at the same time brave enough to introduce himself to Hanabi brother. Hiyama Kazuma, although he try. I know he try his best to Yui happy and all but his still has a lot (I mean a lot) to learn about girls feeling and try not to hurt their feeling. Mikami Inaba, The playboy of the series at same with Hanabi I like his characteristic especially when Hiyama scolded Yui for hanging out with him while finding her strap. He takes more care to Yui than Hiyama (Although Hiyama is trying his best). Aoi Yui, a strong/ smart /kind person that grow so much since episode 1 which became more than that once her fight with Hanabi and the meet up with Inaba also the argument with the argument with Hiyama. Lastly, Tsutsumi Ayumu. BEST BOY!!! Tsutsumi is probably one of the best character in the show. What started out as a cold king when he was in kindergarten slowly gain feeling for Hanabi as he regret not having her when they were a lot younger. He grew feeling to Hanabi as well as challenge Takao for her. Why is he so high on my list while Cocoa is at the bottom?? Well... He knows when to stop and he slowly grew feeling with another girl in a different school. He know buzz out from it while at the same time showing some caring feeling to Hanabi but not in a relationship way.
Enjoyment: 12 Sai has is high while it's low but despite the characters part is still an enjoyable series... Now if I have to nip-pick it would be WHERE'S THE KISS?? We got a kiss with Takao and Hanabi but not with Hiyama and Yui... WHAT THE HELL... I WANT MY KISS!!! SEASON 3 (If they will ever made one) MUST HAVE THE KISS!!!!! IT WAS SO CLOSE IN EPISODE 9!!! WHY DIDN'T WE GET IT ;_;
Recommendation: Overall a great series despite some split up here and there. My recommendation is a watch it.
Other recommendation include Momokuri but with less drama center it. Next it would be another kids/ romance anime that is pretty similar to 12 sai but with the involvement of puberty, Naisho no Tsubomi.

I'm gonna review ALL 3 parts of the movies in this little review.
Story: Is pretty simple, cut, dry, fantasy stuff. That's some bad guys and they want the chain chronicle book as it symbolize all things good. Which our heroes have to fight back save their friend and the world from the power of darkness with THE POWER OF LOVE AND FRIENDSHIP and... That's about it.
Characters: The only one that is sort of relatable are Phoena, Yuri and Aram. With Phoena, she has the father that have been corrupted by the darkness and have a duty to protect the book. Now for Yuri,
...
as a leader that have lead his team to their loss I can understand how crush he must have been to the point the dark side just take over once he almost kill one of his comrade so I have no problem for him acting sort of sad and cowardly attitude. Aram, oh Aram... is the kid that every fantasy anime must have but at least we don't need to see him train for the battle. He's already full equip with tactics and is able to fight back. Also he has an ability that is pretty useful, he has the power to stole and store mana in it and distributed to his teammate as the power of darkness is growing stronger. Which is pretty useful if you ask me. Now for the rest... Yea they are just supporting characters to help with the battle. Now don't get me wrong there are some movies/ anime that have this trope to fill in the void Yuri on ice, Re :zero and outside of anime the hunger movie with that being said I don't really have a problem with it. I know in the last movie we got some character backstory and interaction between the Juliana and one of his servant but I would like it if is not there as it felt force. The final thing I want to touch on is that fairy thing that die in the first movie and is brought back in the last movie. I don't see why she must be there and how is she related to chronicle?? Just wish it would expend on the characters a bit more.
Art and animation: Now being a movie and not a weekly series it should have a higher budget and it does show it on screen. Now this series is done by studio Telcom which have done orange, Futakoi and Lupin III. I like how the art style look in chapter 2 where the Aram is looking through Yuri past in the book. We get to see the old rough book that your grandparents have and the 3D animation look so good.
Music: If there's one thing stand out about the 3 part movies is the OST. Especially that fire OST when Aram snap Yuri out of his mental case. Who am I kidding every OST in these movies has been the stand out for me.
Enjoyment: Unfortunately due to the story and characters being plain, blunt and simple but with beautiful animation to back it up and that kick ass OST supporting it. My enjoyment for the 3 movies actually save it for me.
Recommendation: Maybe some of you guys would like it. So I'm gonna give it a try it before buying it. It maybe generic but is still entertaining watch at least for me.
Other recommendation: Actually usually I recommend 2 series but this time I can only think of 1 (Or should say a franchise that got an anime) which is any anime from the tales of franchise.

I pick this series up as I saw there is going to be a second season coming in the spring 2017 season and BOY!!! I GLAD THAT I PICK IT UP!!!!
Story: The story is mainly the struggle on how the characters trying to get over the father's (Don't worry their Tanuki) death as he has been cook in a stew. We mostly follow the third son, Yasaburou but I'm glad that we get to see all of the boys struggle. From the shy youngest son, Yashirou to the oldest son, Yaichirou trying to be the leader of the Shimogamo clan and that's basically it. From
...
the tengu that fly high in the sky to the Tanuki just shape shifting to anything and the human just living a normal and peaceful life. The story didn't felt bored as the other characters have a certain charm in them from making the show felt flat. (I will talk more on those in characters section).
Art and animation: This anime is done P.A. work which is famous for angel beats, Another, Nagi no Asakura and Shirobako and you can see there is that P.A. charm in it from the characters design to the background having a certain spark in it to be a P.A. work. Animation-wise is ok, there's not a lot of stand out part in the show in term of animation if I have to think back is probably the sakura movement in the show where Benten was flying through the air.
Characters: I just add Yasaburou in my favorite characters list. Like I say in story every characters in the show has a certain charm in it. He is care-free person that always look after his family if there's any trouble but there is little charm of naughtiness in him that make him stands out for the typical nice guy. Then the oldest son, Yaichirou have the most struggle out of the rest of the characters. From taking care of his 3 younger brother to him about to be the leader of the Shimogamo family. Now Yajirou, at the start of the show I though he will be the most useless character in the show as he is a frog in a well. However in episode 6, we get the story that it was him that their father was cook in a stew. Although that's not the case he still felt guilty for his action and at the very end help the Yasaburou and his brothers save their mother and is now welcome back to the family with an open arms. Yashirou start out a crybaby and at the end is still a crybaby but this crybaby try to be tough when the brothers need his help. The mother does her job to raise the 4 boys to where they are today. Honest, brave and intelligent with a hint of naughtiness in it too. From her cross dress as a guy to the fact she is helpless when there is a thunder storm.
Now for Ebisugawa family, Ginkaku and Kinkaku. Like Yasaburou they have the same charm as him a nice guy but have a little charm to be naughty at some time (By that I meant a lot of time). Kaisei, Is the driving force on how the Ebisugawa family develop into a great family and setter the score between the Shimogamo family and the Ebisugawa family. The worst character in the anime and you could call him the enemy of the show Souun. Yea he can die in a pot of stew like I care about him but yet in the show they somehow make him interesting as the motive for killing his brother and Yaichirou is so that he can have their half of the city... Yea sound twisted but interesting as to why he needs so much land?? Yodogawa Choutarou, the one that want to help the Shimogamo parents. The mother is psychically injured and treat her before sending out of the forest. While for the father he actually have a talk with him before cooking him asking him "Are you ok with it?? I mean you have a family to look after??". Lastly, Akadama sensei, that old man should do shit more by himself. Like seriously, take care of yourself please!!!! I mean he can't take a bath without the Tanuki dragging him to the bath house but never the less, he is another intersting character I mean a Tangu that is a lazy pants that can't take care of himself but yet talks down to the tanuki by saying they are useless.
WOW THEY ARE A LOT OF INTERESTING, QUIRKY AND FUN CHARACTERS. I MEAN THIS SHOW COULD HAVE WON THE MOST ORIGINAL CHARACTERISTIC.
(and no I'm not being sarcastic)
Music: There is only one word to describe the opening. FUN!! The visual in this anime has a cut out picture of all the characters and how fun the song is. It really make me want to get up and dance with it's up instrumental and amazing lyrics. The ending is a typical peaceful ending. After what the characters done and all the quirky characters the show have. An ending like that is needed. The OST help in term of amplified the emotional scene in the show. From the Yajirou confess the truth to Yaichirou cry in one of the episode make it felt just heartwarming to learn that it is his brother that set to their father death really gets to you.
Enjoyment: This show can be true classics if it get more attention from the anime community. Yes, a classic to the original and fun characters to the emotional level you felt in the characters. Is an anime that is a must watch from me. Love it when during the beak scene we get to see a map of part of Kyoto and to see where is Yasaburou and his brothers at. Also, there is a lot of Japanese culture in the series but do not let something like this ruin the series. From the name of the characters to building that you can find it in Kyoto.
Recommendation: I did say this series can be a true classic if it get more attention. So it is an obvious recommendation of a watch it and while you at it go watch season 2 (when it air) too as it is going to be fabulous.
Other recommendation include udon no kuni no kiniro kemari as it does focus on the Tanuki aspect in the show but less on the Japanese culture of things and next is blind recommendation as I have not seen it yet. Natsume yuujinchou.

Warning: This anime is consider anime that everybody likes but I don't
Warning: For this review I'm going to consider Russian Yuri as Yurio
Story: The story is with Yuri Katsuki a professional ice skater that somehow flop at the final and meet his so-called rival Yurio as well in the journey of getting better in ice skating again with love thrown in as well with his coach Victor. That on paper sounds interesting.... However poorly executed. Why?? Let's find out
Characters: Now the main 3 characters are great. Yuri, Victor and Yurio. Those 3 got the most character development. Yurio start out as a prick but at
...
the end turn into a gentle, kind and just thought out person. Victor from a coach that was doubting on getting back on the ice but thanks to Yurio and Yuri that broke his records he is going to get back into ice skating. (Although felt last minute)....
Yuri... Thank god he is the main character if not he will be boring and forgettable really. Now with all main leads aside let's look at the secondary characters in this anime and the main issue is TOO MANY CHARACTERS. Like seriously do any of us remember any of the characters??? Some characters are classified as what I would love to call them as "characters there to be there". some of the characters only show up for 1 or 2 episodes and we never see them ever again. Like remember the scary Russian guy?? No?? Though so.... The only
side character I remember is JJ. Speaking of JJ, he actually did something in episode 11 questioning why and how it happen?? JJ as been doing his best for the past 10 episodes and always reach #1 or at best #2 and in episode 11 he just fail epic. HOW?? I mean give us some reason why he mess up. I mean Yuri got into a mental breakdown once. He since fine... So what is his reason. Like give him some sort of reason to he felt the pressure. Is the same routine, same opponent, same ice. What is the reason???
Art and animation: The art style is kinda iffy in some moment. Some look fantastic while some look like berserk 2016 or even Ajin animation bad... Stretch that is worst. The 3D animation in this anime are worst than those two. Also, if you pause frame by frame you would see that their faces look like... To put kindly... off-model. I have to credit to MAPPA on making the ice-skating scene look like real figure skater. But other than that... Nothing stand out in a good way.
Music: I'm not a big fan of the opening and the ending. I just found it bland and dull. The visual are pretty and great but the lyrics were bland and just can't get into it. The OST... Some hits and some misses.
Enjoyment: Overall some positive but a major let down at the end with "characters there to be there characters", Horrible 3D animation but that's not the biggest disappointment of the series are the filler performances. Performances in sport anime are great and all but what are you getting of the performances are the major key to the performances and I pray to the heavens no other sports anime will do that ever again. Also, Ice skating is such a great influences in those characters live so it should have some impact on me to try ice skating. It doesn't... In fact they make it felt boring with the same routine over and over again. Ok, you can argue that the sport is not the main focus but the love between yuri and victor but if you remove 70-80% of the filler performances it would have no effect on the relationship. Look, I have not seen ace of diamond yet but I would bet that it would make the most boring sport ever due date exicting and fun which is baseball.
So with the average score of 3.4 I would present yuri on ice a recommendation of a skip it. I love sport but this by far the worst sport anime I have seen due date that and battery
Other recommendation include cheer danshi which highlight the sport with the fundamental basic and also give us great characters along the way. Next is a blind recommendation I have not try it but I bet is 100 times better than this chihayafuru.

SPOILERS: THIS REVIEW CONTAIN SPOILERS
Story: The story center around Mahiru. As a kid that he grew up after his mother is dead his uncle decide to adopt him as his own and learn the phrase "simple is best". Which is a great phrase... That I should learn.
Hence he adopt a cat and name him Kuro. One day after coming back from school he found a man in his home watching TV and eating some cup noodle.
He warn Mahiru to not to say his name but since this is a shounen anime which I have no idea why this is a shoujo anime.
...
He has to open his mouth and BAM those two are bound together for at 24 hrs unless Kuro have Mahiru blood. Once his friend got stab by a servamp or a servant vampire. He has been bond together as vampire and eve as he try to stop the Tsubaki also the 8th servamp.
Art and animation: The animation is like the show is not bad but is not great as well. Oh don't get me wrong there are some great art in the series that look fantastic like Kuro mental state of problem and Hydes past but other than that nothing special. I usually don't called out studio but I'm gonna do it this time. Brain's base I expected better from you. This is the same studio who made Baccano, Natsume yuujinchou, Durarara and one of my favorite sport anime from 2016 cheer boys. I just felt it could be better a little bit as specially the ED. Like, ok... I get it kekkai sensen ED was pretty popular... can we move on from that ED?? Then we have the OP.... I'm not gonna talk about it here.
Characters: No offense but Mahiru is bland. He is a typical shounen protagonist like Nagai kei from Ajin. A simple guy that wants to live in a simple life but he couldn't. I don't see him as a MC hell I don't see any of the characters in the series needed besides from Hydes, Mikumi and Licht. None of them get any character development that they should have gotten. Misano is a little angry little shouta. While, Testu is a character that should be in Hatsukoi monster instead of this series and the rest were there to be there characters. The only point that Mahiru to be there is for the faint of his friend, Sakuya. We learn that Sakuya is a sub-class of Tsubaki. Sub-class are the human almost dying then turn into a servamp. Sub-classes are not allowed to disobey the master order. Therefore, Sakuya must follow his master order Tsubaki and disobey if he wants to live. Tsubaki is a psychotic villain that likes to make bad puns like Fango without the puns from 91 days but his character is different. Unlike Fango which is a psychotic person throughout the series. Tsubaki is a person that actually have some caring side to him showing that he does care for his sub-classes. Most psychotic characters will go psychotic to everyone even his own minions. unfortunately, this series doesn't like to keep a lot of good thing. Like the OP(still not talking about that yet). Now for the other servamp they are barely develop. I mean Doubt-Doubt has nothing special going on beside having a boxes as his head. Lily is nothing but a stripper, making kids to sub-classes and finding the reason why Mikumi and his brother can't like each other. Also we never get to see the Gluttony and Warth besides flashback and there is the buildup between the battle of the 7 servamp and Tsubaki. Kuro is the best character next to Tsubaki. Cute in cat form and the distance between the other servamp and seeing him not being one of the best servamp so Mahiru can actually proceed and snap him out of his order of mental despair. now we the best character Hydes. Introduces in the middle of the series I thought that he is gonna be the worst character of the entire series. However episode 10 happen and change my perspective of his character (not gonna spoil anything).
Now for the OP... I HATE THE OPENING. Is so hard listen and hard to get into it. Sure the visual were ok. But the song... You got OLDCODEX. I REPEAT OLDCODEX AND YOU WASTED THEIR TALENT. Usually I won't be this mad... But I enjoy some oldcodex AND YOU WASTED IT. They sang a lot of my favorite op and ed.
<<Now please skip this part of the review as I am gonna talk about finale of the show and why it felt flat. So if you want to watch servamp skip to recommendation>>
Now for the climax that we are waiting for... A hug... Are you kidding A HUG?! We have waited for an epic battle... the climax was real and it was real and you gave us a hug at the end. So why is Tsubaki mad and angry??? Nobody loves him. You are kidding me... Tsubaki a psychotic person that make a raining storm of sword out of the sky, has an army of sub-classes and mess with people mind for love?! That is stupid and NO you can't do such a thing. That sort ending can happen if they warn us a few episode back. take Shouwa we already know how is it gonna end as they show us in the first epsiode. This is the biggest problem of servamp. What the hell do you want to do?? Similar to Re:zero, servamp does not know what to be. Does it want to be a serious action anime or does it want to be a comedy action anime?? Hence it felt the series is doing too much overall. In the end is quite fun to watch but I see many other series does it better.
Recommendation: So... do I recommend it... No... Not really... like I say is not great but is also not bad. However I do recommend it as an anime to get some time off your back if you have nothing to watch... Go watch servamp.
Other recommendation: Noragami where the human and spirits fight together but instead of spirit is vampire. Then we have Owari no seraph both uses vampires and human relationship a little bit better than servamp.
So servamp get an overall score of 5.5 out of 10. Like I say not bad but not good either.
So would I say that servamp to be the worst anime of 2016?? OH HELL NO... I have sat through big order, bloodivores, Taboo tattoo and hundred.

Before watching this anime: Well after the failure of the summer anime known as amaama to inazuma (sweetness and lightning). I need a slice of life that can fix the void from that failure...
Oh how about this one.
After watching this anime: GOD DAMN THE FEELS
Story: Take barakamon and add a fantasy twist with a raccoon. You would get this really. I just love how poco is slowly but surely changing souta lives around by using the flashback at the end of the episode showing how much his father loves him and you are not alone.
A good slice of life endure you to it's world.
But
...
a great slice of life changes the life of the characters and the perspective of your life and it does deliver.
Art and animation: The oil paint/ watercolor and crayon really suit this kind of setting as the show bring a new type of art style into anime as it felt is going to kid orientated but is a great refreshment to the seinen genre
OP/ ED and OST: The opening bring you into the story of the world looking at visual seeing souta lives being split a part as his father totally reject his career choices and poco reminds him that his not alone and the lyrics of the song make me want to press the replay button over and over again. While ending theme tells about much the family care about souta telling him not to cry but to be happy as there is a bright future. The OST is a suiting guitar country lay back music which does suit the type of show where we are in a rural setting.
Characters: You all know I have to talk about poco first. Poco is just amazing just amazing. There's a reason why I would place Poco being the best male character in 2016. Not all might from boku no hero academia, not sakamoto from sakamoto desu ga, not Satou from Ajin but Poco .The way he bring Souta understanding that his parents love him by using some flashback is a great message not to Souta alone but to us to talk to your parents... They'll understand your career choice and will support it if they truly love their child. Although Souta father disagree at first (Like typical asian parent) he soon realize how proud he is to Souta. I'm glad Poco not only change Souta lives around but the other characters as well. Like, Rinko(Souta older sister) as she knows how to be a proper mother when her child come or Nakajima (Souta childhood friend) which at the start hated his father as well like Souta but with the power of Poco, He is able to see how much his father truly love him. The other characters did play an important role in the show. For example, shunsuke (the mung), the badass grandma that teaches poco how to shoot watermelon seeds like a machine gun, Rinko , Nakajima as they are all here to change Souta lives slowly and at the end he did develop into a great father to poco. Nozomi (Souta childhood crush daughter) acts like an elder sister to poco where she does an important part in the show as she is the one who take care of Poco and play with him.
Enjoyment: Love it... I love the setting of it, I love the characters, I love the life lesson they place in there. I love how relatable Souta is to me having a parents that doesn't want to accept what type of job you want to do. I love the gao gao chan. At first glance I though was stupid they put it in but after all the tears shred in most episode it's totally needed as you need something to cheer you up after some sad episode. I also love the fact that the last episode came out on christmas and say "Hey, do you want a happy christmas?? Well too bad because we are going to make you cry this year". THE FEELS ON THE LAST EPISODE WAS TOO MUCH... THE FEELS... POCO COME BACK!!!
Also we got the explanation of the tanuki part even though the original sources material is still on-going. Am I'm right RE:ZERO??
Recommendation: Watch it. Is heart-warming, comforting and just a great show to watch. One of my favorite show of the fall season 2016 and also my pick for anime of the year along side with cheer danshi (another fantastic anime) .
Other recommendation include the obvious barakamon where they is a similar plot point without the fantasy part. Next, we have once again the wolf children ame and yuki where they share a similar twist where the kids are animal children but not raccoon but really wolf hence the tittle having wolf.
Average score of 9.8/10. Wow I never though another anime can beat cheer danshi which I gave it an average score of 9.6/10.

WARNING: THIS REVIEW CONTAIN THE REVIEWER OPINION AND ONLY HIS OPINION. please don't kill me
Re zero, the anime have went crazy for the past 2 seasons (spring and summer 2016) and once is over everybody is talking about it. So what I think. Well is ok at the best. The main issue that I have with re zero is the story and characters.
So I gotta talk about those thing first.
Story: I'm sorry but after literally finish the series yesterday and spend almost 8 hours in it. I barely remember anything. The main reason is that if you are going to make a series with
...
different arcs. There must be a glue to connect each arc together. Take baccano and princess tutu for example, These 2 show has 3-4 arcs but there is a glue in the middle to make the story relatable from 1 arc to the other arc. All I remember is Subaru getting killed and reset. That's it. Don't get this wrong, some of the arcs are pretty interesting. For example, the wolf/ dog thing where we get to see the twins past and getting those two to grow as characters. Then there is the whole choosing the princess arc was ok at best. The flying whale arc is just out of place where the series is mainly set in the mansion. The entire scene where they fight the flying whale. I was like can we go back to the mansion?? Apart from that, The mansion arc is just weird as it felt is dragging the series
I mean each episode is 24 mins and 20 mins is literally SOL and the last 4 mins being subaru death scene, which lead to my next problem with the series. What does it want to be?? Does it want to be a SOL, comedy, fantasy series like konosuba or reikenzan or does it want to be those psychological, triller, fantasy series like higurashi?? It just feel that is doing too much.
Characters: I'm not going to offend anybody but subaru is bland. There is no in dept personality for me to care for him. Take Shinji Ikari from NGE. He maybe pussy but I can understand why because he had a complex relationship with his father and his mother is dead that alone make me understand his character better. The next ignoring character I can understand is Usagi from sailor moon. Everybody can call her ignoring but think about it. Imagine a talking cat came to your house and say
"you are sailor moon. You have to fight the bad guys to the save the world". I would scream and nag just like her. But for Subaru he just scream and scout random stuff about how much he hate talking big. You are still talking big about how much you hate talking big. Also, if I have to be a nitpicker. I have 3 question to ask:
1. How the hell did Subaru enter the world which I have no idea what the name is??
2. Don't you want to go home?? Think about it, you enter the world by blinking your eyes just to get kill. Is natural that you want to go home and be save at home. But no, ok
3. Don't you care?? Don't you care about the people that you left back at home?? You are 18 years old. Your friends and family are worry sick about you yet you don't care.
Hell, even SAO explain to that degree of angle in a poor way but they do explain it.
Next rem and ram, When I first heard their voices I was kept think to myself. They sound like robot. I'm sorry, I love those two but their voice. Also Barasu.... Who is that character?? Does Ram have some malfunction or something??
Emilia, meh. she's pretty generic and I don't remember she doing anything much except the 3rd episode where she fought against Elsa. Remember her?? Probably not. She's a one-off character. Which follow up to my next problem,
Majority of the casts are one-off characters which is a pity cause most of them have the most personality than our main cast of characters. Rom, Felt, Elsa, Roswaal, puck, beatrice and etc.
Ok, fine out of the girls in the series Rem stand out from majority of the female cast have the most character development. Especially the speech she gave to subaru in a certain episode and Subaru that little cock boy say a line that make me hate him even further.
Now the positive lies on the art/animation and the music in the series.
The art/ animation is gorgeous from the art where they change from the heart warming speech for Rem to the part that Subaru get beat up by Petelgeuse. Which is just great cause the studio behind re zero did akame ga kill and steins;gate. So it make sense.
Music wise, the first opening is just gorgeous. The second opening is good, but I have some sort of connection between the first opening. Usually, I don't listen to the ending theme but for some I do. Re:zero is one of the some for both of them.
So do I recommend re:zero?? Honestly, I can is a try it before buying it. You might love it or you might dislike it like me. Will we get a second season. Yes, If we do get a second season, I really want them to take a step back and explain the 3 questions that I have mention above and bring back the one-off characters.

GO FIGHT WIN!!!!!!!!! LET'S GOO BREAKERS!!!!!
I'm going to remember this quote forever.
Cheer danshi is clearly the most underrated anime of the summer 2016 season or possibly the entire year which I don't get it.
KEY: Break being what the characters need to accept about themselves or overcome any difficulty
Story: The story of the show.... Well there isn't any... The true story of the show is within the characters. The characters backstory is the true story of the show where we just want to get up and cheer for those boys that they need to break whatever they need to break in this cheer club.
Characters:
...
When you look at the opening of the song. I bet you one question... How is the series gonna fit all 16 characters into the series. Well to sum up your answer They were introduce indirectly in episode 5 and in episode 5.5, yes the recap episode was not a full recap episode. It was only a recap for the first 19 mins. While the last 3 mins being ending credits and Haru explaining after their debut new members just keep coming in none stop hence in episode 6 we get to see the other 7 characters introduces into the series. That is a smart way in term of progression. Let's take something useless and make it into a plot driven episode.
Each characters have enough screen time that we just want to cheer for them. I say the characters that have the least amount of screen time is chen (Chinese dude) but since his basic purpose in the group is to improve on his Japanese. So... we don't need a lot of screen time with him. Each characters have enough character development. Like, Haru being overcoming his fear of heights and growing some balls in this cheerleading team. Ton learn to overcome his self doubts, Mizoguchi learning to use his own words and not use famous quotation,Kazu to make people smile he needs to first smile on the inside and out. Sho able to move forward in life and become their base in the cheerleading team. Gen learn to stop comparing to Ichiro and just compare to his past selves. Ichiro learn to stop showing off. Hissahi learn that people are different from him his reason to cheer is different from one another. Sakuma always think that having a small body is a problem in life as he isn't that strong but thanks to his small body he is able to a flyer. Takumi, Gen and Doh learn to be independent as their big brother is gonna leave the team. Kin though being a man must be a bad boy and cause trouble. I already talk about Chen as his basic purpose is to improve on his Japanese his getting there as he used some hard Japanese words as his confronting Domino. Takuya being a worry puss on his younger brother learn to stop worry about him as spoil him is spoiling himself. Takeru learn that to have patience and guts to actually become a real man as he is scared when the flyer fall and he isn't able to catch them on time but the flyer are even more scared as the base didn't catch them on time. But we all can thank one person the coach. Thanks to her those boys are able to grow so much.
Now when you look at it all the problem that the characters faces are all relatable. Even Haruko (Haru sister) aslo need to understand and able to break and accept that her brother doesn't want to do judo anymore. From Haru's fear of heights to Kin though that being a man must be a bad boy, We all relate to those boys
Art and animation: A lot of people did complain about being dull and the colors aren't that bright but personally it works as they used 1 thing that no other anime uses DUST. There's dust in the air, When I watch other anime I always wonder how the hell they can fire a beam of light straight without dust interrupting. The show also got an addition bonus to the characters design as they look like real human beings where they look like us. So we can't really say characters face are of model as we make some weird ass faces before in our life.
OP, ED and OST: The OP (opening song) is literally OP (over-powerful) as the characters start something new into their life as well as changing their lives one by one. Also the song is sung by luck life which also bring me to bungou stray dogs ed. Which I also love. The OST is THE OST is amazing just want me to get up and cheer for those boys. I need it... right now... The ed... is well.. cute. IS THE BREAKERS DURING A MINI PERFORMANCES... ISN'T IT CUTE?!
Enjoyment: I'm glad they decided to stick on the basics of what is cheerleading and what is a cheerleader, some moves so the characters are able to shine brighter than the sun. Unlike another sports anime that I'm gonna review next. *cough* *cough* yuri on ice *cough* *cough*.
Recommendation: Simply put watch it. Cheer danshi is the show that is able to make me laugh, smile, cry and feels as I watch my boys overcome their difficulties in this male cheerleading squad. A lot of people are actually disappointed with the ending as we didn't get to see the full performances and they didn't mention a winner but when you think about it does it matter... I mean since when cheerleading is about winning or losing?? Cheerleading is suppose to support people, motivate them and make them smile. That is the role of a cheerleader. Now for the full performances part it would make sense to place some past animated scene to see how much those boys grew both as an individual and as a group in this cheerleading team. Also, don't you guys want to know what is in their notebook?? It has been killing me what is in those notebook.
Other recommendation include the obvious pretty boys show free!! and not a sports anime... in-fact is about music to save their school love live with the same perspective of characters breaking and accepting what they need to accept about themselves.
So overall 9.6/10. Now you why not a staright 10/10?? simple, Haru x chihiro didn't happen. WHY!!! TON WHY!!! POOR HARU

First thing first, WOW this anime have a lot of hate.
But personally is not too bad.
Story: The story begin in endride a world that is underneath the human world. So basically you all might say is like a trap in a fantasy world anime again right?? You are right. But is different in some way that I some how enjoy it. It have one american movie called narnia feels or if you want to talk more anime-ish, take spider rider or chaotic that air many many years ago. Is those similarities that I found it enjoyable.
Art: Like I say in story part, the
...
show actually reminds me of narnia and spider riders. That makes the art stands out. From the weapon coming out of the chest to the world of endride which is got damn beautiful it stands out for me. Also, the characters design aren't influeced by eastern design (which people aren't use to in anime) but is very western influence to it.
OP/ED: The opening and ending is ok. I don't hate it. I don't love it. I'm not sure of the op and ed song. The opening just didn't make me pump for the show. While the ED is like a peaceful melody that is actually better than the op
Characters: A lot of people, say that emilio and shun argue too much but if you are either of the guys. You might just chew their heads off. The series is rather slow on the BFF but it is realistic. Think about it, if you are in Shun shoes and you meet up with a snotty prince won't you wanna IDK kill him? I know I would.... Now for Emilio, if you meet up with a little kid that actually got transported into a prison and just refuse to do what u say won't you kill him as well?? I know I would. As I say in the beginning of the characters part of the review. The relationship grow is slow but realistic.
Enjoyment: Overall, this is an entertaining anime for me from the realistic characters and how it reminds me of spider riders or chaotics. I truly enjoy this show.
Recommendation: This is a love it or hate it series. Hence, I'm gonna give a try it before buying.
Also, to all you say that this is the worst anime of the season. Please check out big order.
