The stories definitely have the same type of feel that Parasyte has and you can easily recognize that it's Iwaaki's work.
"Sea of Garbage" and "Unfinished" are his early works, while the other stories are more closer to his recent work which you can tell by the artwork.
"The Day of the Ring" and "Wadayama" aren't creepy stories like the other four, they don't really match the whole vibe of this collection, but overall they were good fun.
This isn't a must read at all, nothing spectacular, but check this collection of short stories if you want to kill time, or just want to explore more

Seeing that this has no reviews yet, I'll try to make one even though I'm not much of a writer.
Story: Firstly, Sensei no Kaban is a manga based on the novel "The Briefcase" by Hiromi Kawakami. The synopsis might turn off a few people. "A thirty year old woman and her former Japanese professor fall in love?!" Yes, that's pretty much it. The beauty of this manga is that it's real life.
