If you have any type of depression anxiety or are going through a bad time, or at least you have been through it and you know what it feels like, you might want to read this manga. Warning that it can be a double-edged sword and make you sink deeper into sadness, but it could well help you.

The art is quite original, apart from the design of punpun and his family, the author uses real images that integrate very well with the drawing, almost resembling very detailed drawings.

The characters are extremely deep and real, their actions are meaningless and contradictory, but in a good way, ... like real humans. Here you will not find the typical character archetype of many shonen manga. Although, it is true that it is still a Japanese manga, you can expect certain overreactions, but in general it is very natural.

If you identify with the main character you'll love it, if you don't identify with him you'll find it stupid. It's not a manga for everyone.

As a fan of the two previous mangas, I have to say that this one has disappointed me.

That doesn't mean I didn't like it, but I expected more and it also makes certain mistakes that make me and many other fans not like it as much.

Forced situations, the truth is that this already happened in previous ones, but at least there was a coherence in the feelings of the characters.

The Nana to Kaoru Black Label manga was already a good ending, this has been unnecessary and should be taken more as an alternative ending, since it seems to omit Black Label situations.

It's not all bad ... though, it's been a light and fun read and shows much more of something previous versions don't: the pain and fear you feel when you're happy, the duality of losing and getting, quite a philosophical theme that It is not seen that frequently, and on top of that they tell you about it with a bdsm story, it is certainly unique.

Now, do I recommend this reading? It's been 3 years since I read Nana to Kaouru and Black Label, so seeing these characters again has been fascinating, and the ending is quite good, (although there are some things that are too stupid
and nonsense in between). So yeah, I recommend it, but you should either watch it as a spinoff, or just not take it too seriously,

Opening: It is as if two puppies made of chocolate adopted a kitten made of cotton candy and went to live in a rainbow where they eat honey. I could cry with happiness watching this anime even if I hadn't seen a single episode.

Now, the anime itself is very good, the comedy makes you laugh non-stop, it even has a certain suspense that makes you want to see how the relationships of the characters progress.
It's addictive, easy to understand, simple situations, simple humor, but fun.

I think the best thing about this anime is that it achieves a lot with very little, and this is thanks ... to its amazing characters.

The soundtrack has that detective style that goes so well with the anime, also simple but effective, without trying to stand out, it manages to create a good atmosphere

Ending: Not as good as the opening but it conveys a similar feeling.

After watching the anime I started reading the manga, from the beginning. And although the beginning seems very good and interesting to me, and has excellent ideas, the more it progresses the crazier and more absurd everything becomes.
It has been too disappointing for me.

It's too bizarre and not in a good way like in JoJos. The story becomes chaotic, the world is poorly written, a lot of information is missing. The author takes too many liberties, like: characters suddenly have abilities they didn't have before, some things 99% of the time work a certain way but suddenly don't, without any explanation. I know this sounds ... a bit vague but I don't want to make spoilers.

The artistic part is fine, I like the style of this author, especially his color drawings or the covers. The artistic design is even better, most of the characters and enemies are very original, and there are a few panels, which, even though they are nonsense, are artistically incredible.

In general I recommend reading it to those who like action but if you expect a very elaborate story or lore this manga is not for you.

Opening: Of my favorite openings, the music is great and the scenes represent exactly what this anime is, I don't have much more to add 10/10.

As for the adaptation, I think it does a great job. In these 12 chapters they adapt what for me is the best of the manga, and they do it very well. I have seen people comment that the 3d parts are disgusting but in my opinion it suits it well and manages to create a great frenzy.
The story is pure chaos, I think both the anime and the manga stand out more for the crazy characters than for the ... narrative.

The soundtrack is fine, it keeps the tension but it's not memorable.

Ending: A different ending for each chapter is something else. They are incredible, genuine, precious, each of the 12 endings is a small work of art.

Opening: Visually it is as chaotic as ever, the music is good although a little worse than its previous seasons, but it maintains a similar style which is appreciated, it also seems to be the same singer.

I never expected Mob to be a character that evolves so much, this season is without a doubt the deepest of the three. Although it has very funny moments, it leaves that humor aside a bit to focus on Mob's feelings.

On the negative side, I will say that this character progression has started too late, and it's a shame that we didn't see subtle changes in the previous seasons, ... as if this idea had been implemented recently. And even with this negative point, it manages to convey sensations. Additionally, and without making any spoilers, I will say that one of the chapters demonstrates the great imagination of this author and how his work can be so well reflected in anime.

The soundtrack is good, it is true that it uses songs from previous seasons but it fits, so no complaints about it, approved.

Ending: The ending can hit hard in some episodes. Relaxing but at the same time intense and somewhat emotional, accompanied by an art that seems to be done by hand with a pen, very good.

In general, I recommend watching this season and in case you haven't started yet you should give this anime a try.

This manga begins with a preview of the middle of the book.
In my opinion, this preview shouldn't have existed and the author was still not clear about the personality he wanted to give to Guts.

Then comes the arc where they explain the past of Guts "The Golden Age", which is incredible, at this point it's one of the best manga ever writen.

Once we return to the present, (the advance of the beginning) the manga begins to get worse, it is still really good but I wouldn't call it a masterpiece anymore.

The art of the manga is exceptional at all times 10/10, the imagination of the ... creatures designs is incredible.

Unfortunately it is an unfinished work due to the author's death, the publisher continues publishing it but is obvious that it doesn't have the Kentaro Miura's quality.

This manga is inspired by a story from the video game Sinoalice so if you like the game it is a highly recommended read.

Played the game or not, its a confusing story, its clear that its done on purpose for the intrigue of whats happening. But the events are a bit...random so i cant say it has a GREAT story.

But i really enjoyed reading it, the story is very disturbing and it managed to made me have an unpleasant feeling the whole reading, a mixture of sadness and intrigue

So in conclusion if you are looking for a happy story this is not your manga, otherwise ... give it a try.
