The characters and their interactions are almost a carbon copy, and without going into minute detail it's safe to assume that if you liked one show you will feel at home on the other. The setting might be different but since both shows revolve heavily around character interactions, the change in scenario will barely be noticeable to most ><

Dejá vu would explain this recommendation pretty well. Same motivations, same style, same genre... Similar character designs, similar plot, similar situations... Even the "WTF?! This can't be the freaking end!!!" feeling from both shows is the same here (aka. the ending is terrible / non existent). In other words, if you liked one it is IMPOSSIBLE to not like the other. The only thing that differentiates them is basically the fact that this is a bit more violent and a bit less ecchi and the pace is a bit different (this one is way faster), but everything else is near a carbon copy.
