I am rewriting my old review because MAL removed it, saying it was too negative and didn’t mention what I liked or disliked. Enough yapping, let’s get into the review.
_____________________________________________________________________________________________________________
**Story |**
As a sports anime, *Blue Lock* has an interesting idea centered around a project and experiment. However, that’s not the main reason to watch it. People tune in for the action, exciting matches, and thrilling moments.
**Rating: 7/10**
...
_____________________________________________________________________________________________________________
**Characters |**
The characters are well done, and they fit into the story nicely. Some of them are very likable, but I don’t think I need to explain more.
_____________________________________________________________________________________________________________
**Animation / Voice Acting / Soundtracks (OSTs)**
1. **Animation:**
The animation quality in *Blue Lock* Season 2 is not as good as in Season 1. The characters look inconsistent, and the movement is choppy, which takes away from the excitement of the soccer scenes. This is a big deal because animation is important in a sports anime. It seems like the studio rushed to release the season, hoping to make money quickly. As someone who enjoys the manga, I was really disappointed.
**In The last 4 episodes the animation level ascended very high no very very there was only the Rin vs Sai insane animation but you can the animators' passionate
**Rating: 4/10**
2. **Voice Acting:**
The voice acting is just as good as in the first season.
**Rating: 10/10**
3. **Soundtrack (OSTs):**
The soundtrack fits well in every scene and does its job, but nothing stands out as special.
**Rating: 7/10**
_____________________________________________________________________________________________________________
**TL;DR:** The season feels rushed and is ultimately disappointing.
I just finished the last episode, and wow, I didn’t see that coming! The anime completely dominated the manga in the last part (Rin vs Sai)—it’s exactly what we should have had from the beginning. They absolutely nailed Shidou’s goals, and honestly, knowing this was all done in just 8 months makes it even more impressive. Hats off to the animators for such a solid effort!

I'm just updating my old cringy review just a reminder I've read the CSM manga and I will get to this.
|Yapping|
I'm not reviewing every bit I'm just saying what I remember first the story is about Denji and I'm gonna be real here this season was a mistake to be a 12-episode after reading the manga I noticed that MAPPA really messed up I was going to drop CSM but then I saw some guy vid on Youtube and proceed reading it I'm recommending this just for one reason if you want to keep up with the anime watch it okay but if you going
...
to read the manga just watch this first season and then start reading from chapter 39

(edited after completing the episodes from 12-28)
I Finished watching it yesterday (April/7) since I've been so busy at the beginning of the year and continuing Sousou Freiren made my days watching it TBR
I think that the first 11 episodes and the last 9 were the best parts of the anime, 12-18 feels like a filler arc
The beginning of the story was solid after our MC ( Freiren ) and her crew finished their journey resulting in killing the demon king and bringing peace to the world which took them 10 years I can't talk more than that as it will spoil not important
...
things but i say it's better to watch and see.
it appears to be a story after a finished story it's like the aftermath of an anime which is a unique idea in itself.
The studio that worked in this anime is MADHOUSE which is considered to be a dead studio in the last few years also considering that they were the king of the game at the beginning of the 2000s - 2015 maybe in 2016 but how they returned in this anime and executed it is spectacular, enough of introductions.
| Story |
*spoilers*
Not the strongest element of this show OFC as we said it is a unique story but it kinda gets boring sometimes or freezes plus the pacing was slow at the beginning but it got slower the final arc was the best in my opinion and I believe others so, we learn more about Freiren and how she thinks about others + (She is an elf that lives more than human multiple times and she's a mage) in the first episode we saw her crying noticing how much time can pass this past 50 years and her beloved human died "Himmel " (after their journey has ended) and she went on her way she wanted to meet her friends who were in her journey too first went to Heiter because he is an old man now who adopt a purpled hair girl called her "Fren" referencing Freiren teaching her magic Freiren took the little girl when Heiter died and decided to make Fren her student. I don't want to go into every detail here we then know in the Aura fight what Freiren has been through and we are now presented to a new character Flamme who is known in the anime as "The Great Mage" and considered a legend, she was Freiren teacher as we know also what Freiren life used to be.
*end of spoilers*
*final verdict on story*
The story is completely focused on Freiren and her trying to learn more about herself and humans it's literally what the title is describing I think the characters are written well and it goes well with the events in the anime.
| Production |
The strongest element of this show and I believe this needs to be studied the art alone just takes your attention to how colorful is the world and the atmosphere is just amazing NGL the only reason that made me watch Sousou Freiren was looking at some of the clips and knowing that madhouse is behind this just got me watching just go see it by yourself
Soundtracks
When you watch Freiren sometimes you don't feel that there is a soundtrack playing it's merged so well and always goes with the theme and you don't feel the emptiness they are not like JOJO's osts that instantly pump into your brain you get what i mean solid soundtracks
_________________________________________________________________________________________________________
In the end, I would like to say no this is not a deep story or intense anime it's a breath of fresh air especially this year (2023) when you got JJK, Demon Slayer, and a lot more I think this and Vinland saga S2 are the most well-made animes this year both have their own vibes lets say and interesting similarities journey of self-discovery, this story in not about killing the king or finding the heaven it's about Freiren finding heaven in herself.

The nudes in this anime make it like from 6-7 to a solid 8 ngl
the its a weird story with good charecters so it deserves to get into the best ecchi / R+ animes to watch
Story 7/10 :
A very horny virgin man (most of people watching this anime) spends his life spying and thinking getting his girlfriend and when he gets a one اثwent through a difficult fate
charecters 8/10 :
The main reason for this score is the lewd and how diffrent these charecters from any other anime and the main charecter actually was developed very well with his same old personality
...
if you don't like animes that mainly focus on like fan service or horny shit you maybe will not like
but watch the first three episodes and you will maybe get into it
finale score 8/10

visuals, perfectly capturing the raw energy and rebellious spirit of rock music. The attention to detail in both character designs and concert scenes is nothing short of remarkable.
The heart of the anime lies in its characters, each with their own unique struggles and aspirations. Bocchi's journey from an aspiring garage band member to a rock sensation is portrayed with authenticity and depth. Her growth as an individual, her interactions with her bandmates, and the challenges she faces are all incredibly relatable, making it easy to invest emotionally in her success.
But let's talk about the music – the beating heart of "Bocchi the Rock!" Every riff, every drumbeat, every vocal note resonates with the passion and dedication of its creators. The original soundtrack is an eclectic blend of genres, from high-energy rock anthems that make you want to jump and shout, to poignant ballads that tug at your heartstrings. The anime's ability to capture the essence of rock culture and its rebellious spirit is commendable. It's not just about the music; it's about the camaraderie, the struggle against conformity, and the pursuit of individuality.
