Overall, Dance Dance Danseur is great...until the end. It had wonderful themes, the animation was gorgeous, and overall was really really well done, but the ending felt kinda of like a pity party to me. There were complex relationships and plot setups that felt discarded all for the sake of one character and just doesn't sit right with me.
The story itself was beautifully done, and as an ex-ballet dancer myself felt it really conveyed ballet in its truest form in a way that's easy to digest for the audience. It also showcased the harsher sides to the sport and the extremes it harbors which
...
added a great duality to the story. So overall, in this aspect it was great.
Animation was lovely, but i'm not surprised. But for this series to have great animation I feel was essential and it delivered in that aspect. To showcase the beauty of ballet and it achieved that so that's another aspect that was great.
All my issues and gripes with this show basically just come from episodes 10 & 11. It feels like they just threw away a relationship for the sake of the other main character and just went with it. It didn't really feel well developed and was just a complete letdown from what I was wanting and wishing for from the ending. Though I still give the show a solid 8, because I cant discard how amazing the rest of the show is.
In summary, the ending sucks but the rest of this show is wonderful and can't be completely dragged down because of a lackluster ending.

As a long time fan of Toilet Bound Hanako-kun, hearing we were getting a season 2 after 5 years made me ecstatic, and Lerche delivered with this season ten fold!! All the minor issues and problems that the first season had were fixed and were greatly improved on for this season. Also am a little biased for this season as it adapted my favorite part of the manga and they did it so well <3
Animation wise, this season was absolutely splendid and just looked so much better than season 1 in a lot of ways. The art-style for the anime for this season was
...
also improved on a lot as it looks much closer to the manga now than it did before. Lerche somehow found a way to make this season amazing and it deserved it too.
For what this season was adapting, they followed the manga very closely this season. They also didn't reorder anything and just stuck the source and it shows as I feel they really put their all into this season. The picture perfect arc was a fan favorite in the manga and they managed to completely keep it as perfect as it was in the manga and i'm so glad it turned out great.
Super super excited we got a cour 2 announcement for this season as what's coming is my absolute favorite!! Even if we didn't get more after this I was super satisfied with how they handled this season and am so glad <3

Yay! My favorite power fantasy is back! Fight me but I love Solo Leveling and find it such fun a watch! hehe. As a Novel Reader (not manhwa), A1 may have changed a bunch of things, and altered some parts down the line, but if I'm being honest, I don't care lol. This season was really great and a major step up from Season 1 (tho i like season 1 a lot too). The animation upgrade was amazing, and just in general this part of the story is really good so seeing it animated is fun.
As always, animation is crisp and clean (sasuga A1
...
lol), and I'm glad we got more focus on all the guildmaster's this season and just more characters in general. As well as gaining more shadows (+ aura farming cause duh it's Jinwoo, mans gotta farm ⛏️). Just overall this season had more going on and the stakes were higher too so seeing that elevated tension added a nice layer to the series.
Now, a few tiny little gripes I have that being the reason I wouldn't give it a 10. They're small, and honestly not the biggest deal, but feel I should state them a bit at least.
1. Pacing. I thought I was tripping a bit when the Red Gate incident happened so quickly within like an episode but it felt like that due to A1 cutting out things they deemed unnecessary or just filler portions that they didn't need, and while i agree with some of the stuff they cut, they could've cut a little less just to ease to pacing a bit but It isn't the biggest deal. So I don't mind it.
2. Cut Content. The only reason i'm making this it's own indent is cause I'm a little salty they cut out one of my favorite part of the novels. I won't elaborate much but I see the anime is trying to portray the story in a different way then what the novels went for, and while some cut content is fine and makes sense ultimately, they should've left my favorite part in :( i'm just a *tad* salty. that's all.
Anyways, Solo Leveling is peak, and this season was no different. ✌️. You should watch it 🫵.

I'll be honest, I was a little iffy with this show before it came out as ENGI is known for not having the best track record, HOWEVER I believe they've sorta redeemed themselves with this show because it was really great. I thought I'd have an issue with the CGI but it actually looked pretty good and worked really well here. I feel my worries weren't completely unwarranted but I'm glad this turned out much better that I anticipated.
I love figure skating as a sport so seeing more and more anime crop up about the topic always makes me happy, and I really thought
...
this show did a good job explaining a bunch of technical terms within the sport while also balancing the essential plot for the show. Having our mains connect over a similar problem and learn to compensate through each other was such a beautiful experience. I really feel for these characters. The emotional moments in this series were really well done too cause I caught myself choking up a bit seeing them struggle. Kinda hurts ❤️🩹. Overall, It was a really wonderful show.
I definitely feel that Medalist was a definite stand out for the Winter Season. I'm eagerly awaiting Season 2 to see where it goes from here! :)

I had no intention of watching this series originally until I saw a PV and it INSTANTLY grabbed my attention. The show lived up to its expectations and even surpassed them imo and this show was absolutely amazing. I had never seen a show with the twist on the isekai genre like this with the going back and forth and thought this was such an interesting idea. To give a short idea of how I felt with the show: perfect. absolutely perfect.
First, the switching between worlds I felt was executed really really well and with the frequency too it was a really nice balance.
...
If it was just Japan I feel i would've gotten bored if it was the same thing the whole time but it not being that made this SO much better. You get a taste for both and see how as characters they interact differently between the different world and each other. Really well thought out idea.
Next, the characters are REALLY REALLY awesome. Especially the mains. They were so cute together, and you could see their progress together over time. They also feel quite unique when paired together, at least to me. Basically, the characters are so cool and awesome and lovely <3
Lastly, I want a season 2. Like I really want a season 2. I need more wholesome Kazuhiro & Marie together just being together. THIS SHOW WAS AMAZING.
:)

Re:Zero S3 I felt was probably a *little* under where S2 sits for me but was still a wonderful season nonetheless. I won't lie though, it's been awhile since I had seen this show so it took awhile for me to remember where we had left off prior to this season. My excitement still remained at its peak throughout this season because Re:Zero is peak cinema so let's get into some specifics !! ヾ(≧∇≦)ゞ
First off, Animation as usual is wonderful to watch. Better than I could ever do if I tried ღゝ◡╹ )ノ♡. Even with the 2-3 month break in the middle, I didn't feel
...
it dipped at all and remained very good overall.
Next, Characters/Villains for this season were interesting. Got more Archbishop villian people (the name is so long I can't remember it haha), and getting to see all of them was cool and seeing them individually was a cool aspect too. Also, as more seasons go by, Subaru really is a wonderful MC. So glad he ain't like he was in S1 cause he was sorta unbearable there.
Finally, Plot-wise I thought it was good. The 90 minute opener was a wonderful choice to start the season off, and this arc was a tad crazy and all over the place as multiple things were happening at once but felt it was executed quite well. Especially towards the end, the fights were really great. So overall, the plot for this season was nice and interesting.
Basically, Re:Zero still proves that it's peak cinema (lol) and still a wonderful show and am very looking forward to S4/Arc 6 as i've heard some very good things about stuff to come! ( っ˶´ ˘ `)っ

I had mixed feelings about this show in the first couple episodes, but as it went farther it really started coming together and became a very enjoyable experience. Though it comes off completely just comedy based, it does actually have a plot, and a really good one at that too. Eventually I came to look forward to this show as it was airing :)
Character-wise, i love them all. lol. They're incredibly likable and once the plot starts unraveling the characters only became better and better. They're also very different and unique from each other so I feel that complimented the series as well.
Animation isn't
...
anything amazing, but I feel it not being amazing has its own charm to it. So I liked it in that aspect.
On the Story/Plot front, once it got the second half, a bunch of the plot started happening and wow it was great. I never expected a series like this to genuinely have plot let alone it be this great. For a gag show it was great, and the comedy and jokes in this show knew how to hit cause it was so funny to watch.
To sum up, This show was really great and much better than I expected it to be. It's a great comedy anime on its own and with the added plot it was super fun to watch <3

Flower & Asura was surprisingly a very well done anime about recitation of famous poems/short stories and brings them to life. The
metaphors between the stories and the characters themselves were wonderfully showcased. The production alone for this show was stellar in my opinion and really elevated the story.
Overall Sentiments:
- The first half of this show was absolutely wonderful and WAS going to be my Anime of the Season HOWEVER at some point during the second half I felt it was lacking a little bit. It didn't feel as engaging as the first half. Also, the introduction of new characters kinda took me out of
...
the experience as I wasn't a fan.
- Animation and Art were nice and clean. Studio Bind's animation style is nice and pleasing to the eye so it made the
series a nice watch.
- What stuck out to me the most was use of Classic Literature as I'm a giant book/story/fiction lover so I definitely felt this show was catering to me. The visual metaphors were SO good and really made this show what it was. The transitions were clean too. Really well put together.
Overall, I struggled whether to give this an 8 or 9 but ultimately settled for an 8 as the second half wasn't as strong but still enjoyable. This was a wonderful show though, let that be known.

Bland. Boring. Monotonous. I'd say this sums up this show pretty well.
Such an uninspired "romance" show that felt like it was trying to hard to be different. I won't lie tho, it was different. But different in that it was more boring and dull than the other stepsister shows out there. Maybe that deserves it's own award.
First order of business: Story. Stale and Tiresome. I felt about 90% of this show was a back and forth between the characters with no progress and stagnant situations and dialogue. Also chemistry. THERE WAS NONE. Goodness, I felt absolutely nothing between the characters AT ALL. They
...
feel like strangers for the entirety of the series. It gets old quick.
The animation for this show wasn't horrible, but wasn't great either. Also didn't love the artstyle but honestly it doesn't really mean anything to me anyway. It doesn't need amazing animation so it kind of works in its favor but could've been a *bit* better as the characters felt like robots just moving on orders.
The only reason I gave this series a 4 instead of a 3 or lower was because the last 2-3 episodes weren't bad. It felt like, "Ah, there's progress. Finally." If only that progress could've happened earlier or if the characters maybe acted differently and had more interest in each other but it could not make up for the elements this show was lacking. unfortunately.
Overall, Total waste of time and don't even know how I managed to finish this show when I did not enjoy it. I'd say skip this show as it's not worth 12 episodes of just robots talking.

I had little to no expectations for this show and didn't really know what to expect when i started it, but I immediately felt this warm and fuzzy feeling from watching this show over time and slowly came to look forward to this show as it was airing. It's cute, and even the love triangle wasn't that messy. It overall felt like a coming of age story about 3 high-school kids learning about themselves and each other.
The characters for this series I feel are great examples and metaphors of the gender norms that exist in society. One actively breaks that norm, One wants to
...
conform to the norms but struggles, and the other is in the middle and sees both sides. They in tandem act as a message for a bigger picture that is being conveyed to the audience. "Be yourself." and i feel it's told quite beautifully if i might add.
Animation wise, it's nothing overly flashy but it doesn't have to be to get the point across. The chibi's they use throughout I feel aid the lighthearted comedy that's sprinkled within that contributes to the warmness of the story. So overall, it's animated nicely i think. They used their resources well!
Now I have to add, The OP & ED for this are amazing and just feel that has to be said. I still listen to them even now they're just that great. The visuals as well are really nice and well animated. I'm gushing a little heheh ///>w<///
Anyways, if you get the point, this show is amazing and you 🫵 should totally give it a try!!
