nice and easy to watch wholesome rom-com that makes me roll into a fluff ball out of sheer cuteness and sweetness of the character.

I'm always a sucker for romance which ended in marriage. But marriage from the start? Y E S, absolutely.

I scout through MAL at the start of the season to find something to watch other than Mahouka ss2. I've watched the first 5-10 min of almost every show in the season. This show, at first, let me into an uncomfortable state. A guy got hit by a truck and saved by a girl? Superpower or alien BS in a romcom? no. But after ... watching some sweet moments in YT, it seems that I was wrong this show is amazingly sweet and cute. No major turning point so far in the anime. Manga is a different story but the turning point there seems very far away. If you want to know what's next, go read the manga. it's full of sweet and cute moments as always.

The story is a 5/10 though but since I don't usually give rom-com with no drama tag more than a 6. This is quite high.

Other criterias are hovering at either 8/9/10.

Overall, it's a 10. The show is full of wholesome love.

If you like a light watch, go give this show a try.

I do understand why people hate it so much. The story is boring. To me, I like OP anime character since I have a lot of stressful work to do, so OP MC who shits on others is a win for me. I don't have to think about the fight as every fight boils down to "How hard the MC shits on his/her opponents." I also like the "I'm smart and you're stupid so that's why you can't fight me." I'm not saying the progression of the MC is bad but after a lot of anime with that, it starts to get boring. This kind ... of anime is ok written. I give this season a 7 since I read the source material. The art fits with the style of the anime. That's an 8 from me. (points deducted because I don't like extra-sharp shin, though it's toned down from ss1) Some sound effects/music is weird to me, so that's a 6 for me. Character? easily 10+. Godsuya is the perfect OP MC IMO. Anos is too edgy(not necessarily a bad thing), Saitama is too dumb to abuse his power for influence(i know it's a comedy), etc. Enjoyment is also a 10+. it's fun to watch Tatsuya shits on others in a fight. Overall I give it a 9. The OP song is very nice. IMO it's on par with Rising Hope. The story is a little boring. If you enjoy the action in every episode this is not it. Art is good. Not the best but neither the worst.

To those who say that it doesn't fully cover everything or nearly everything in the LN. I agree with you. I started reading the source materials after I finished the first season. Yes, the content in the anime is lacking world-building and some minor details but I think that it states enough information for the viewer to understand what's the story about and its origin.
