...then you might like Hachigatsu Kokonoka Boku wa Kimi ni Kuwareru. add

They both contain a onee-san type character, that is not human as the female protagonist, which look after the MC. Both the female MC can also be counted as borderline obsessive. They also have very similar art sytle (clean & detailed). However, Hachigatsu is much more plot heavy while Ane Naru Mono is more slice of life-es.

...then you might like Saeki-san wa Nemutteru add

Both is about the protagonist befriending the girl siting beside him. Both of the girl seems to have a side of them that only the he knows at the start: Komi-san's bad communicating skills and Saeki-san's love to sleep. Both the protagonist looks and act the same (dense)

Runway and Act age are quite similar, although one focuses on the acting and the other on fashion. Both show how the talented MC try to enter the industry that is highly competitive. The MC continue to improve upon meting more people while trying to reach their goal. Both with similar art-style and vibe.

Both HOTD and Zombie 100 take place in a post-apocalyptic world filled with zombies. Though Zombie 100 take a lighter tone on how the MC faces the new world, it's still has the survival elements found in zombie stories. Zombie 100 is a comedy though, but with some serious parts unlike HOTD which is 90% of the times serious.
