Honestly, I'd love giving this anime an 8/10, maybe even more.
I'm a really big fan of anime of this kind, a protagonist that had a sad measurable life wakes up in a magical world, and gets a second chance at living.

The animation was great, the story was interesting - but one thing reined it all for me.

It was... Rapey, And pedophilic.
Our protagonist is a 40 year old man stuck in a body of a young kid.
Here is your T.W, because I'm about to give an example of sexual assault/rape.

In one of the scenes, the protagonists goes to a sleeping little girl.
Of course, she is ... bigger than the body he's stuck in, so it might not seem pedophilic at first, but we have to remember *he's an old man*.

The protagonists looks under her dress, touches her underwear and starts taking it off as she's asleep. She wakes up and punches him, but it doesn't stop there.

In another situation, the main character goes into another room, were he finds another character (I'm trying not to spoil the plot) raping one of his maids. While this isn't the main character, and I don't think showing rape in anime is necessarily a bad thing, I think it's a great example of how much of a rapist the main character really is.

He walks in the room, apologizes to the man for interrupting him.
No narrating saying it's awful, not even a flinch in the protagonist's eyes. This 50 year old man seems completely ok with it.

I get that rape is normalized in their world (like it was in our middle ages), but he comes from *our* world. From modern times. There's no justification for him to justify rape!

I really wanted to love this anime. I really really did.
4/10, and it's not lower simply because I have hope that the 2nd part won't be as awful.
