In-common: - A male main-protagonist who publishes his own manga (included in a monthly manga-magazine). - A female assistant (literally in Mangaka, although "of the sorts" in the case of Nozaki-kun). - Both of the male Protagonists work under the pressure of deadlines, and had (up till some point,) been searching after someone to help them keep on schedule (these are iow. obviously the females mentioned earlier). Although...: - The Main-lead in Nozaki-kun, is a girl named Sakura Chiyo, and everything (as far as we know,) is viewed from her perspective. (... and let's hope it stays that way). This strongly contrasts from Mangaka, within were everything was (for the most part) viewed from multiple POVs. - Mangaka is borderline harem-ish, the other not at all or even reversed. - Mangaka: male-oriented, however it was still universally fun. Nozaki-kun: Shoujo-ish. Although as a guy, I find it one of my favorite series. Reversed: - In Mangaka, it is primarily the Male Main-Lead whom is sexually/romantically or otherwise, interested in the female cast around him. And who even thinks about to any higher degree. In Nozaki-kun, the Female Main-Lead is in-love with the male protagonist, who (as of so far) only seems to recognise her potential in inking (etc...). - In Mangaka, the assistant is (for better or/and for worse,) trying to distance herself (to some extent) from the male-Protagonist,.. this is whilst in Nozaki-kun, the female Lead is rather trying to make the male-protagonist, fall in love with her.

- Made by the Same team. - The relation-ship between nation-states, organisations, and specific people is key to understanding the central context of the series, and both of them make use of it in very similiar ways. - Colonialism and suppression of nations (aka. peoples) is a central part of the driving factor behind both series. - Creates the same chills you got from watching Guilty Crown - Visualy similiar, although aldnoah provides the better, more new option. - Both series start off with a female character finding herself in somekind of situation involving her, getting locked on by missiles. - Both series have terrorism and mutually assured cease-fire at hearth. - Viewers that saw Guilty Crown, may also find the music score by Sawano Hiroyuki, a pleasure to their ears, as he was also the composer behind the Guilty Crown soundtrack (once again, sung in German).

* Similiar plotlines * the main-protagonists of the two series are both bounty-hunters * the Art-styling in SpaceDandy is clearly Bepop-influenced in many ways. * The animation-techniques used during action-sequences closely resemble one another The main-protagonists look very much so alike.

The demons look somewhat similiar to the ones of HMS! - The Main-Protagonist "takes a ride" from another world (aka. Hell) to the world of the living - Has the same type of jokes as those so characteristic for HMS! - Demons over-all - same type of unusual well-so unique and dramatic Camera angles - That same "Charmy feeling" - Attitudes and Behaviour

Noragami
add

Noragami screams of a Bleach without way too hardcore-mainstream Shounen. The human main protagonist can see ghosts and other beings. The other main character can't fight on her/his own and shares her/his powers with the other protagonist. The Bleach-concept of Souls is in too. There are also the individuals in-between Humans, Souls and Afterlife. The main protagonists belong to this category. There are weak-strong and strong-weak relationships. The original multi-worlds concept of the early Bleach-series is there too, as well as a living world, and an in-between and an afterlife residence. Near Shore - World of the Living; the Divide - Passage to / Hueco Mundo; Far Shore - Soul Society.

The second I started watching Blood Lad, I immediately got struck by that "special atmosphere," I so typically experienced back when I watched Hataraku Maou-sama! Already from the get-go, the series share a lot of elements and strikingly similar plot-twists. Many of the reasons behind this common atmosphere they share can be easily explained. The very moment you're introduced to the main protagonist, Charlie Staz, you'll immediately start seeing that he has some clear similarities to Hataraku's Maou-sama. 1. Staz is just like Maou, a type of demonic creature. Staz is a vamp and Maou is the Devil in own high person. 2. Staz and Maou are both very high-ranking individuals, and both have right-hands and helpers at their service. 3. They're both a bit lazy in nature but have also shown that they both are able to perform exceedingly well when challenged or motivated with various tasks or goals. 4. Staz has a tendency (just like Maou-sama) for not taking his helpers nor other people's feelings into full consideration when ordering them around or engaging with them socially. 5. They both come from another world/dimension (usually demonic in nature) to Earth through some kind of teleportation device or portal. Though they split on the fact that Staz actually wants to go to the Human world, whereas Maou did not. 6. They're both "Masters" at unconsciously getting girls to fall in love with them. Though Staz (like Maou-sama) is simply way too self-centered to really notice anything (i.e. meaning Chiho/Fuyumi-chan)... 7. Staz and Maou are both adapt quickly in the face of major plot-twists (many which they cause themselves, often without their knowledge). 8. Last, I wanted to enlighten those who have so far been too blind to have noticed this... It is the fact that Staz and Maou-sama both share the same voice actor: Ryota Ohsaka. Plus, I'd also like us all to welcome Mr. Komesu Taichi on his debut. I hope we'll be seeing him in further series down the road.

In both anime, the characters start from simply being just ordinary friends, then come to a point of misunderstanding which separates them and/or links them together in one way or another. In both series, there's a sense that the main story characters do love each other but won't express it until either one of them expresses ones love towards the other, or builds it up over time. In both anime, there is a competition going on between at least three characters, which are all about who they really love or if they even do so. There are, though, two things that you might find disturbing... 1. In Kashimashi, there is a very clear expression that suggests that girl love is wrong, until very late in the series when that feeling is totally wiped off Earth. Unfortunately, this feeling did sppear at one moment in Sasameki Koto as well. 2. Many viewers might find the fact that the girls, and especially the ones that the main character, Kashimashi, is in love with, talk about her as if she were a guy, even if she used to be one. (She did turn into a girl; read the anime description. What I just stated was not a spoiler.) If you want to watch something fun, serious, and really boring (which is not necessarily a bad thing)... watch Sasameki Koto.

You wont even need a recommendation to know it has alot in common, +... this is by my opinion "the best anime of all time". its yuri, its shoujo ai, its romance; its very similiar, but there is one differnece... ...Strawberry Panic is the best anime of all time, and even if they are good,... ...sasameki and kashimashi are not. if this was 10outta10 (10/10) then deathnote, soa, another, guilty crown and all the other big shots, they would all end up at just only 7/10. wanna watch something you will cry, laugh, get depressed, get emotionally involved with, and that you just wish you never saw because it was to good for your own good? then watch Strawberry panic and you will understand the esence of what it means to love something to call a masterpiece.
