Both MC's have a very similar feel to them being dorks. They also share some pervy yuri themes, though Warui ga Watashi wa Yuri ja nai takes it a lot further and more explicit than Watamote

Both focus on SM, but Kitanai Kimi ga Ichiban Kawaii is a lot darker and way less comedy
