Meh. Overrated lol
Well, to be frank the Anime really isn't that bad. The Art-style looks great with some great animation to it. It has a unique enough concept to it that might just be able to hook the viewers till the end but that's where the problem begins. The reason why I used the word "might" instead of "will be" are the characters of the show.
Well, basically the show is centered around High-School girls only and I don't normally have an issue but thing is that the girls are barely likable like at all.
Our MC is your generic having trouble going to
...
school because bullying issue.
A typical edgy girl who's perfect at everything and don't show emotions only till our protagonists starts being annoying towards them.
A girl with a gutter trash attitude and having the kind of personality which guarantees a slut in the making
A girl who looks like a guy thus girls are all gay for her but she doesn't like it.
That's it. This bunch is enough to turn me off, Story is something that's keep me going. The idea of jumping in a virtual world to do stuff to shake things up in the real world with nice animation (Gotta give it to CloverWorks cause they're animating three shows this season and Horimiya looks really good as well. I am not sure about TPM since I haven't bothered with the second season yet)

Yeah no
Tonikaku Kawaii is perhaps too wholesome. To the point it actually feels like an exaggeration. Sure, give me a good lovey-dovey couple anime. I am all for it but for God's sakes sitting through 12 episodes of almost nothingness can tire a lot of people.
All of that cute romance and stuff became too repetitive and boring after first 4-5 episodes. Like it's ok the first time. The second time. A third time but being stuck in that "omg I want a kiss, no please danna-sama, *kisses* and then *blushes*" loop Bruh it's boring after a few times.
We got a tinni tiny bit of backstory
...
of the main girl which hinted she had some sort "queen" status (very predictable out of a shounen romance show). No actual backstory of the main character except he's just perfect. Other characters that weren't of much significance except one had a crush on main character and the other had a crush on the main girl and also she wants to break their relationship.
That's all. That is literally all this show had to offer.
It's boring and too long just for the wholesomeness.
Also, I ain't writing paragraphs explaining art sound etc so
Art: 4 / 10
Characters: 5 / 10
Sound: 6 / 10
Story: 5 / 10
overall 5/10

There are times when you watch a certain movie and get that empty feeling after finishing it. Like you were emotionally engaged with the show and felt sad after it ended. Movies and shows that lasts a everlasting effect on you and you would LOVE to recommend that thing to everyone else.
I want to Eat your Pancreas HOWEVER isn't one of those movies.
I have really mixed feelings about it. I kinda liked it but at the same time I absolutely hate it as well.. Ah screw it and let's get down to it.
So, the movie starts with showing how one of the students
...
have passed away and there's a guy (who I thought at first was her lover) was lying on the bed and was sad. And then the actual story starts.
Now you would wonder that this will be a movie with great romance and stuff like that but NO and honestly I am totally fine with it BUT the problem and I mean SERIOUS problems I had was the interaction between the both Main characters. They have LITTLE TO ZERO chemistry between them and their interactions were shoved on the faces of the viewers to the point that people would just get used to it so whenever they play an emotional scene with them legitimately getting closer the viewers would drool over and would label it as "Character development" MEH.
Main character was your generic typical garbage type with "No friends" completely anti-social because it's "Cool" being like that way. Basically like that dead ass from Classroom of the Elite but this time he actually "Smiled" HURRRAYYY!!!! CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT. Pfftt
Main girl was a legit THOT. No two ways about it. Forcing herselff on the guy who doesn't give two shits about her and seeing her trying to tease him in some "Sexual" ways was a real pain to sit through and watch.
There's that one "Most Handsome" type who was rejected by the girl just for the sake of it.
There was your typical over-protective girl who was friends with "Girl" main character and TBH I don't hate her. Not one bit. Her reactions made sense(To me, at least).
What really didn't make sense was AGAIN the interactions between the guy and the girl and how it all started.
So basically, the Main Character "Guy" was waiting for his turn to come in the hospital and found a book which was left by someone there and since he have no manners he decided to take a look inside it and while he was looking at it the owner of the book came and ask him to return it to her BUT before discussing my thoughts what happened afterwards I am gonna go a little off-topic here.
What if some of you people come to me and say "Man that 9/11 incident was so tragic and so many people died and how hard the times were for their families". Now, if I answered like "You don't say" or "Get over it". What would be your reaction? I bet it totally be like "Damn this guy is funny and hilarious" and how we ALL should be like him, right? BULLSHIT
Now, back to the movie. So this girl here (Sakura) realized that the dude have read the books and now know her "Little secret". So, she decided to tell her in a very serious tone that "She is about to die" and his response was "You don't say" or in other words "Go Fck yourself cuz I don't give two cents about your existence". THAT'S IT. She have now fallen head over heels for the guy to the point she is going out with him everywhere and even spent a whole night at a hotel with sharing the same bed and invited him to her house. Now, I wouldn't have mind it if the guy was a BIT LIKEABLE but to my surprise this dude was just dead inside like Completely BLAND that it was getting painful to see them together and was a legit torture to the eyes. How do people find this acceptable? And in the later half of the movie the guy started getting attached to the girl because CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT. Yeah yeah you can impress people with this half-assed forceful crap but I ain't buying it, sorry.
Now, the sudden change of events in the Anime was actually really nicely done and did surprise me and was probably the only good thing happened in the whole show. But even there I had a bit of a problem. *This scene might spoil the only good part if you haven't watched this movie yet so read it on your own responsibility* You see, if a girl is willing to do so much for you then you can at least go on and check up on her if she is being late. Like you did get the text "I am on my way" right? It's been 6 hours and all you do is sit there like a retard and went back to the home like a pathetic loser. Not giving two shits about what happened to her. Now, some people may portray this scene as "Main character was too afraid to go" but if he was truly afraid then his character didn't develop for shit.
In the ending parts of the movie there was this one scene, "The Diary reading" scene where the Main character read the things Sakura did with him before dying but what really bugged me was her last message.
How she was like "It was my fate to meet you and all my life was lead to this moment of meeting you" and "How you decided to spent time with me and decided to go on with my requests". Well, NOO. He was clearly uninterested in you from the beginning and all you did is forced him. He was forced to tag along with her all the time so her saying stuff like "He actually CARED for her this whole time" and was not actually being an Asshole was just so so out of place.
In the end, well, the guy became friends with the Girl(Sakura's friend named Kyoko") who hated him the most and started being a bit more social.
So basically from what I got, this movie was actually about "Haruki(Guy MC) overcoming his habit of being "Anti-social" and this girl "Sakura" was that ray of "Hope".
So, in other words this Movie was just a VERY POOR version of "Your Lie in April" and nothing else.
Now, I did kinda enjoy this movie to some extent during the second half though but honestly it's not as good as everyone says it is.
That's all. I know many people would still LOVE this movie though as they will watch it but I just simply didn't.

Following is a review on Toradora.
So, Toradora is arguably the most popular SoL Highschool Anime out there and for God knows whatever reasons. Alright for starters this show isn't even good. And it's so Goddamn overrated it makes my head hurt.
The art is pretty meh and generic. Yeah yeah the Anime is a decade old but that's no excuse since Haruhi Suzumiya had a much better art despite being a 2006 Anime.
Now onto the characters
Aisaka Taiga: OK, now from where do I begin. For starters she IS NOT a good character. She is the living breathing example of why the "Tsundere" type
...
is cancer.
Her character is so bad yet people act like she is some sort of Goddess. Her obsessions with that bland ass Kitamura was so cringe worthy to watch that it hurts. Her aggressive behavior was uncalled for for the most part but that is EXACTLY the reason the creatures who are even lower than degenerates love her. She was over-dramtic as hell. And her character BARELY developed till the end but the part of the reason would be that it was so bad to begin with that you couldn't do anything about it.
Ryuuji: Ah the typical and generic dense af Main protagonist with little to no self-respect in him. A girl constantly insults him yet he is all about "Taiga this, Taiga that". Bullshit.
Kuushieda: First of all her original Japanese voice is such a cringe it makes Asta's VA sound like Miyano Mamoru. Her character was all about "I am Taiga's best friend and I'll even go and strangle some babies for her sorry sake". Barely a likable character.
Kitamura: Just watched the episode where this DUMB F*ck dyed his hair. That's all. It's enough for anyone to judge this dumbass. But for some reason girls are attracted towards him.
Kawashima Ami: Ah the only good part about the show. A character which actually developed and had a brain and was not only emotions. If it wasn't for her then I wouldn't be able to finish this hot garbage. I will nevr forgive the author for making her a love bird for a dumbass like Ryuuji who TILL THE END didn't even realize her feelings.
Ok now the story.
Typical Highschool story with over-dramatic situations. Now don't even think of giving me that "They're only Highschool students" bullshit because I went to school too and never once I was this dramatic and nor were my classmates were but hey at least the Over-dramatic moments in Toradora weren't nearly as Bad as in "Oregairu" (I'll write a review on that overhyped show too sometime later). Taiga is in love with Kitamura since she herself rejected him once. Her reaction whenever Kitamura arrives was not one bit cute. Ryuuji is your typical Main guy having problem interacting with people and everyone is scared of him because of his looks but still somehow have the most famous and most pretty looking girl in the class fall for him but that dumb F*ck still choose a flat, 4 cm short loli who is head over heels for another guy. But hey that's not all he is also in love with Kuushieda but somehow is afraid to show his feelings and that thing dragged out until it was revealed that Kuushieda also have feelings for Ryuuji but won't admit it instead sacrificed it for Taiga who is obviously head over heels for Kitamura but somehow have developed feelings for Ryuuji too (what a hoe). Mehhh. Also I would also like to mention the student council president. First of all she has no manners. She doesn't even know how to talk. Giving every student insulting remarks and every degenerate just laughed at it. If I were in those students I would probably start a protest against that sort of a President. Taiga kicking her butt was the only time I ever liked Taiga. Also about the ending. Honestly I liked it. BUT somehow the fanbase consist of brainless sheeps complained about that. Idiots, can't you all see that this was the only time when Taiga's character showed any development. She finally realized everything and returned to her mother.
All in all this Anime is barley enjoyable and overrated as hell. I feel like people like this show just for the sake of bragging about it only. Definitely one of my least favourite Anime of all times. The official Neon Genesis Evangelion of Highschool SoL genre.
I don't get the hype for this trash bag at fucking all

Citrus is one of the popular Yuri Manga and I can somewhat understand the hype surrounding it because it's actually pretty damn good. Now I read the Manga after watching the Anime and honestly the chapters after the point where the Anime ended were much better and way less Ecchi.
Story:
I don't think I need to go into details since you'll already know the story for this. Yuzu, a girl who is all in for fashion and romance goes into highschool which turned out "All girls" where she encountered a girl named Mei which later was revealed as her new "sister", not blood-realeted of
...
course and then later Yuzu started to grow feelings for her more and more. And finally was able to tell her feelings to Mei and after that they both started going out but then Drama happened and they overcame all of it. Now, the biggest problem I had with this was how there was only 1 girl who was doing all the efforts while the other one just ice-cold and gets emotional and acts all hopeless even TILL THE END, nothing really changed. Same one girl trying to keep their relationship alive.
Characters:
Characters were all good. Yuzu was my favorite character because of how determined she was towards her goal and that is to have a happy ending with Mei. She was quite funny too and overall a character fun to watch.
Now, Mei. Mei was decenet but I just could not get into liking her that much. Yes, she was bold. Yes, she gave Yuzu courage that it's OK for two girls to be in a relationship but the fact that Yuzu had to do 90% effiort and trying so hard for Mei but Mei just chickened out towards the end and didn't even try to fight for her feelings and accepted the reality. Weak!
She also tried to take responsibility of everything regarding her family issues. She had a troubled past with her father as well(nothing such as "Abuse" or anything).
Now as for the side characters. First Harumin. Harumin was probably one of my favorite character of the whole Manga. She was Yuzu's first and best friend at School. She was a really considerate person and had Yuzu's back all the tiime. However, I don't really like her elder sister that much. She barely got anytime anyways.
Another one was named "Matsuri". She at first seemed like a thot(she actually was), she is Yuzu's childhood friend and also tried to manipulate Yuzu since she wanted Yuzu to herself bur despite all that she actually became a really good character and someone who madly cared for Yuzu. She actually became my second favorite character towards the ending chapters.
There were other characters too such as "Shiramon-Senpai", who was a senior to Yuzu and was a weird sorta girl, there was that Yuzu's fangirl and her mother, father, grandfather etc. None of them got barely anytime so nothing much to say here.
Art:
The Art of this Manga is outstanding and probably the best part of the whole series. All of the characters were very well and beautifully drawn and specially the way Mei and Yuzu were drawn.
Overall:
Overall this was a good read. Honestly the author rushed the ending to a point where I would "It kinda ruined all the build-up". *Spoilers* Like how Yuzu kept trying to convince Mei to come back but she kept telling her to leave througout the whole chapter but Yuzu decided not to make the same mistake as Clay Janson from "13 Reasons Why" and stood their with Mei and just said the one line and BOOM, Mei is convinced and everything just wrapped up, just like that. Honestly there could be so much more that could've happened but didn't. But oh well it was still worth reading.

*This review is based on the first 4 episodes of the show*
So this is basically some Idol stuff which is taken to another level and is extreme where you've to fight each other in some underground place. Honestly I don't hate this show in fact it's quite enjoyable but the only problem I have with this is the "Characters" No seriously they are just "BLAND". But out of all of them there are two characters which really annoys me here. First one is Karen, ok now I
...
am all in for "cute and talk-active" girls in Anime but she is just pathetic. Her obsession with her childhood friend "Hikari" is something that really annoyed me and that gets me to the other annoying and so far "The worst" character of the show, Hikari. Listen when someone treats you nicely then you can at least pretend to be nice for the time being rather than a cold-hearted D*ck all the time. She is(as always) a transfer student and caught Karen's eyes immediately because they are childhood friend. Karen then later found out Hikari is fighting to become a starlight and now she wants to be one too but not solo. She wants to be a starlight with of course Hikari but for some reason Hikari doesn't want Karen to participate and tries to be absolutely rude just so Karen can't participate but Karen being the cliché stubborn character just won't let go. *SPOILERS* the actions of Hikari in episode 4 were beyond retarded and Karen being that all considerate tries to fix things up and guess what? It's FIXED. Boom just like that everyone acted like nothing happened.
So far I am TRYING to enjoy this show but the characters are just too bad but judging by the end of episode 4 I think the characters might get a bit likable or at least less edgy.

*THIS REVIEW MIGHT CONTAIN SPOILERS*(Well sort of but no big spoilers that would ruin your show or anything I am just highlighting the parts I like/dislike)
Before anyone get under the influence that I am gonna be praising the hell out of this show know this according to me 7-8/10 means average rating. I mean my average score is 8.1something. A 8 means it had a lot of flaws but I somehow ended up enjoying it. So without further ado let's get into this.
Harmony is set in a world which is absolutely perfect. No pain/suffering and everyone lives freely and everyone seems to
...
like it that way except for our two Main characters who refused to accept this perfect society. And one of them is absolutely determined to change the world. Now with that it's obvious that this will going to be a movie with same concept of "think about what's actually right and what's actually wrong" something which has done before so many times but hey I always like myself some thought provoking shows but the problem is that in "Harmony" it didn't really make much sense. I'll compare this show with another one to make my point even more clear and the reason for comparing is also that I found awful lot of similarities between the two shows. Alright so the Anime I am gonna compare this up with is "Psycho Pass" because while watching this Psycho Pass just keep coming to my mind with all its "A crime free world and how human emotions are controlled" etc etc. But you see the big difference between Harmony and Psycho Pass is that in Psycho Pass the main antagonist highlights the faults in the current world and it made sense because the antagonist wasn't wrong. Sure I did not like the way he tried proving the point but in the end the fact remains that he was right but sadly the same can't be said about "Harmony". I honestly failed to see any faults in the "Perfect society" in that show. People were happy and accepted it and everyone was living just fine but this wasn't what our main characters(who are best friends) wanted and one of them decided to do what they wanted to and it was far far worse compared to how it was done in Psycho Pass and I didn't like it one bit but oh well.
Now people keep talking about how "good" and "interesting" the character of 'Miach' is but to me she was just another psycho/edgy/mentally unstable girl with sick and twisted ideals which didn't make one bit sense. She was against the thoughts that human emotions should be controlled and everyone just lives happily. Sure her ideals would made sense if it had the society had flaws and people didn't want to live like that but it wasn't really the case so I don't know how anyone could find that thought interesting because to me it wasn't and let say she was right but the things that happened in the show and how everything went down it didn't amuse me.
Overall this movie was good to some extent, it has it fair share of flaws specially the part where "it makes you think about life" but I still somehow ended up enjoying it. Soundtrack was great and was fitting for the movie. The art was great and CGI at some points was used pretty well. So, if you like stuff that makes you think and think a lot and into stuff that includes talking most of the time like me then I recommend it. No guarantee that you would enjoy it or not.

Asagao to Kase-san is everything I ever wanted in a Yuri Anime. Beautiful art-style, simple yet a really heart warming story and really lovable characters.
So let's start with the characters first:
Kase, Tomoke who is one of the Main characters of the show. A girl who is very athletic and is extremely popular among other girls. Pretty cliche right? But who cares if it's cliche or not as long as it's done right and looks fine.
Yamada, Yui is our second Main character of the show. She is a very light-hearted, shy and innocent type of a girl whose most favorite hobby is gardening.
...
And she is not into guys as Kase Tomoke is literally the first person she is dating and ever had feelings for.
Story:
Story of this show was really simple yet really sweet. Just two girls in love with each other and having a fair share of romance and comedy moments without going "Over the top" like in some Anime *Cough* Citrus(I love Citrus BTW). What I really like about this is how Yamada Yui was really nice and sweet character and not like some whinny girl like for example when Kase couldn't able time to talk with Yui, so instead of whining Yui compromised with the situation that's why whenever they meet it felt so good to watch.
Art-Style/Sound:
Art-Style was really really good for this show. It made the atmosphere of the show felt really calm. And music was somewhat good too.
Overall I enjoyed the hell out of it. It was literally everything I ever wanted in a Yuri Anime. No edgy, emo BS Drama. No edgy/emo characters. A really calm and sweet hour long OVA. Though the only down point of this Anime was the ending. It felt kinda rubbish but I'll let that slide and give this show a 10/10. There really isn't more that I can say.
Recommended!

*2nd Review so don't expect it to be great*
My sole reason for giving this a 7 is because I liked the mystery in it other than that the characters specially the main antagonist(in a way) had the most dull and retarded character I have seen in ages. So let's just get to this.
*Review will have spoilers* Simply because I can't tell what I like
...
and dislike about the show without spoiling it a bit.
First start with the story, Magata Shiki is a genius programmer who has lived her life on a Island and doesn't meet any guests or anyone so basically a shut in and one day when Two MC arrived on the Island and went to that Facility to actually meet Dr.Magata but ended up investigating two murder cases which happened just when they were about to meet Dr.Magata. That's it for the plot. It turns the murder was of Dr.Magata Shiki actually and right after that a another murder acquired makes it two murder cases. Now what bothered me the most was the character of Dr.Magata Shiki and it seemed like I was the only one who couldn't feel any sympathy for her character or never even liked the character no matter how hard they tried to show her as a genius and a total intellect I just couldn't get over the fact that was a freaking MURDERER and that to of her own parents. Yeah she was murderer and everyone seemed to be inspired from her and completely ignoring the fact that she was actually a murderer except for the main girl in the show named "Moe Nishinosono" who actually gave two shits about the murder of her parents and why she did it.
Let's talk about characters now. As I already mentioned Magata Shiki was a murderer but not only that she was a fucking psychopath who doens't have any valid reasons behind killing her parents(even if she did that still would't change the fact that she is a murderer) but instead she just killed them because she wants "Freedom" Yes that's right, FREEDOM. To her freedom means killing all those who might stop you from doing anything. This is just SICK and twisted, how can one even like her character is beyond me also she was a Emo retard quoting nonsense like "Why do humans exist and shits like that" throughout the series so I guess you have got an pretty good idea of what her character was like. Those two things aside she also killed her daughter just because she couldn't kill Magata Shiki. *Sigh* I don't understand why people like her so much like WHY? As for our MC named "Sohei Saikawa" a genius professor who admires the personality of Magata Shike and declares her as the "Most Pure Human Ever" do I need to say more? I guess you have got a pretty good idea of how big of a Emo he was and Lastly our Main Girl "Moe Nishinosono" who was mostly obsessed with the teacher but somehow actually had a brain and questioned the Morals of Dr. Magata Shiki.
The Mystery in this Anime was done pretty well in my opinion. The way story progressed was also pretty well-done. My only problem with the show is that they never really gave any solid reasoning behind the murder except that it was a form of showing "Love" really? LOL sorry with that kinda shit it's almost impossible to like the character of Magata Shiki. Her thoughts about humans were retarded, she was a murderer(Yes I will say it again and again) and above all that she was never caught and is living freely after committing all those crimes and never had any sign of regret like she just took the lives of 4 freaking people just because she had nothing better to do. People praising the hell out of Magata Shiki in the reviews is really really getting on my nerves now.
All and all this show is good however the characters specially the character of MAGATA SHIKI is beyond retarded.
