"Yuri is my job."
Have you ever worked in a job where you have to role-play for the enjoyment of your clients, such as acting or service? Obviously, people who do this kind of work need to be good at pretending and lying to make roles look good in the eyes of an audience. Although his real life was not like that at all.
Yuri is my job is a story about a cafe concept that involves role-playing an aristocratic school where female students who dress and act like high school girls act as waitresses.
The highlight of this cafe is the role of a waitress, where everyone
...
has a conversation like a stage play to create a story of their relationship like a shojo manga. Of course, it's all about acting, but what's interesting is that each character has conflicting stories, but because of this work, they have to adjust their understanding.
I will explain the story of each main character.
Hime is the first main character and is the center of every character's story. She is good at pretending so that she can be admired by everyone and for her future life to be good. Hime's only close friend who knows her true identity is Kanoko. One day, she accidentally joins a cafe and meets Mitsuki.
Mitsuki has a bad past with Hime, initially after joining the cafe. Hime doesn't remember Mitsuki, but Mitsuki remembers Hime well.
There is a flashback scene that concludes that the two have a misunderstanding caused by Hime's pretentious nature.
After the two adjust their understanding, they become closer to the point of becoming homosexual (lesbian), causing later to reveal that Hime's best friend, Kanoko, she has homosexual feelings for Hime as well, and Due to work in the cafe, Hime and Mitsuki have to play a role that is close like siblings, causing Kanoko to become jealous (Yandere).
Kanoko was prevented by another employee at the café named Sumika, preventing him from loving during work because in the past, Sumika had mutual friends who loved each other outside of their roles at work, causing the relationship between the employees to break up.
Sumika is a representative of people who separate work and love. It can be seen that in real life, some types of work have to show that two people love each other, but after the end of work, they become friends because if they have Love each other will greatly affect work and people around you.
Kanoko loves Hime on one side as Hime only thinks of Kanoko as a friend. In the end, Kanoko decided to hide her feelings towards Hime forever for fear of losing Hime as her closest friend, but Kanoko comforted Sumika after they understood each other.
"Yuri is my work" yes, it is true to the title, sometimes work and real life have to be separated, but sometimes there are people who mix personal feelings with work. There are two analytical aspects of this story, one of which is neither wrong nor wrong.
Yuri is my job has a strong drama narrative with the story of 4 interesting main characters. A novel interpretation of the work-and-love concept where the main problem is that the story remains frustratingly unresolved and the art and comedy are lackluster. But overall I recommend!!

***This review contains spoilers***
Hell's Paradise excels at creating a fascinating world. From the very beginning, the story tells of an island that was like a paradise and where there was an immortal pill.
The story revolves around a group of prisoners sent to an island in search of an immortal potion, with each prisoner accompanied by a personal executioner for probation.
Interestingly, within the island there is a mixture of religions, with buildings and creatures that look like gods or priests.
As we explore further we come to the fact that religion is only a tool to control people's thoughts, like an island that is like a paradise
...
but is actually a hell.
The supreme deity who ruled the island was Tensen, altogether 7 people. Their identity is still a mystery, we only know that they were the ones who practiced the "Tao" that made them transcend the laws of nature and have control over everything.
The characters I found most interesting were Sagiri and Gabimaru. Sagiri represents gender equality. Sagiri was insulted as being feminine and could not make her a killer because in the past women were only housewives and men were considered dominant. Sagiri endured the insults and proved that she was just as strong as any man.
Gabimaru has been a ninja throughout his entire life. He has followed his master's orders to kill countless people in cold blood until his meeting with his wife raises his spirits and he. I want to stop killing to live peacefully with my wife.
As the story progresses we can see that Gabimaru has changed a lot due to my wife's influence, counting as an interesting character development.
Coming to the downside, I think the main downside is that the supporting characters aren't interesting enough and there's always a flashback to the time they die, which isn't interesting at all.
Very bad production by MAPPA standards. The art looks good at times, but most of the time it's bland, especially the animation that stutters when there are fight scenes. The only thing I could appreciate was the background music and the opening theme animation.
Summary Hell's Paradise stands out for its puzzles and main character development. There are religious concepts and more about the story within the island that is still full of mystery. There is potential for long-term development, although there are production drawbacks and lackluster supporting characters as well as too much flashbacks.

Q : How to continue the story with the laziest writing?
A : Create a villain with foolish motives for the protagonist to defeat in the final episode.
This is the whole essence of the shield hero in season two. I'm not lying, this can be summed up as stupidly and briefly as this.
Besides being very lazy and stupid writing. This show has not evolved at all. All the characters are still stupid. and unreasonably annoying
Naofumi is still as angry and irrational as a baby, with his often out of control madness, which is very foolish.
The three heroes (spear, bow, sword) continued to act foolishly, not listening
...
to anyone and following their own will, leading to many problems from their stupidity.
It can be seen that the show deliberately stupidly wrote the three heroes to cause the protagonist's problems, which is a very lazy and stupid writing.
This season's production has been very bad. I don't have to explain because a lot of people have seen the worst CGI turtles in their lives and it's not just that scene but the animation quality in every episode is awful. At least the opening and closing music is still good.
I'm not sure if it's an adaptation issue or not. Because in this season, the story progresses in a hurry. You can't remember anything after watching the end of the episode because it's too rushed to tell the story.
There are a lot of new characters mentioned, but they will only have a short chapter and a rush of storytelling to get through without you remembering them.
Rating 1/10 for this show is just right. This is not good at all. If you don't believe my review and think I'm exaggerating the negative reviews. I suggest you go and try it for yourself and you will find out just how bad it is.

"Bad writing is masked by great production" is the definition for this show.
When I watched the first Vivy 2 episodes I feel it's great. The design of the sci-fi world that is rare in anime and the heroine's character design like Vivy is awesome, reminds me of Violet Evergarden. But after that, the story wasn't that good at all.
Vivy's writing is filled with plot holes and sick logic of the characters. There are various crazy concepts such as Humans marry AI?, AI kills themselves? AI takes over the world? Of course, if you don't think about it, it will be normal. But if you think
...
about it, this idea is very retarded. Every time I see humans in this story, I tend to think that they have no brains and deserve to be destroyed by their own AI.
Good world design turned out to be a major weakness because the story never explored the setting within the world. We don't even understand what the real state of society would be like when it came to the era when humans created AI to work for themselves. Therefore, there are many questions that cannot be explained rationally.
The plot is divided into arcs. In each arc there are about 2 to 3 chapters telling the main character in that arc. But the narrative is so rushed every now and then that all the characters are cut off so quickly and you'll forget about them at the end of the episode.
I don't recommend that you watch this show if you want a sensible and deep story. But if you want great art and brain-free fun. I would highly recommend it, but for me, I hate this show because it's too stupid for me to enjoy its stupidity.
(Additional: The ending was terrible. Very predictable, extremely rushed, stupid and boring.)
