There is many similaries of Dragon Ball and One Piece. For example main characters are still eating something. Next is for example same style of humour, same style of battles, very similar animation, music... They're both very liked and well-known I recommend both of them

Main characters have to help other In Kobato main character have to "collect" broken hearts and repair them In Nyan Koi cursed boy to break his curse abnd be freed have to help cats with requests

Main characters are contrary of themself. In KnT the girl is very sad and in unlike, closed for other. Main boy is opened for others and very happy and symphatic. In Lovely Complex there is a man with complex because he is low height and a girl with complex because she is high height. They both have and funny and serious moments. KnT is a bit better, but LC is not bad at all
