Satoshi Kon's style is wonderful, but to understand it at its fullest I think it's required to watch Paranoia Agent before, since it's the most simple of the "Mindfuck Trilogy" (Paranoia Agent - Paprika - Perfect Blue), and then get to the hardest ones.

Both are Drama and deal with the afterlife. They can have forced drama moments, but they can make you cry anyway.

Well, "If you liked..." is not the right term for this. Anyway, these two anime have the same studio and length. Both also have a stupid plot twist as a finale. Most important, if you're a fan of bad anime, these two are probably the worst ones, so you cannot miss either. Mars is way worst though, so don't expect the same level for Skelter Heaven.

Same author, same narrating style. Both animes have lots of characters with their own story. They initially look like they are telling separate stories but all of the pieces of the puzzle come togheter in the end. I suggest to watch Baccano before.

Same Author, Same Seiyuu for the main character, same graphic style. Most important, both animes are about gambling, but the theme is made more psychological than what it could look like.
