Additional Cast for 'Yasei no Last Boss ga Arawareta!' Announced

The official website of the Yasei no Last Boss ga Arawareta! (A Wild Last Boss Appeared!) television anime revealed five additional cast and a second teaser visual (pictured above) on Tuesday. The anime series adapting Firehead's isekai fantasy light novel will air in Fall 2025.

Aries: Yukina Shutou (Liar Liar)
Libra: Hisako Toujou (Boushoku no Berserk)
Aigokeros: Naoya Uchida (Drifters)
Parthenos: Mika Kanai (Higurashi no Naku Koro ni)
Virgo: Kokoro Oomori (Madougushi Dahliya wa Utsumukanai)

Yuuya Horiuchi (Nijiyon Animation) is directing the anime at WAO World. Kazuyuki Fudeyasu (Shangri-La Frontier) is handling the series composition and Maiko Ebisawa (Undead Unluck animation director) is designing the characters.

Firehead began penning the novel on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in October 2015. Earth Star Entertainment began publishing the series under its Earth Star Novel imprint with illustrations by YaHako in February 2016. The ninth and final volume went on sale in April 2019.

Comic Earth☆Star began serializing a manga adaptation by Tsubasa Hazuki in January 2017. Earth Star Entertainment released the tenth volume on February 12.

J-Novel Club licensed the light novel and manga in English for digital release in April 2020 and January 2021, respectively. The light novel's ninth and final volume was released in July 2022. The fourth manga volume is scheduled for a March 26 release.

Also, to the usual suspects: this is NOT a yuri (unless a few comical simp lesbian sidecharaters counts as "representation" to you). And this is DEFINITIVELY NOT a proper shipper show in any shape or form or variation of it (lolhetero, lolyuri, lolharem of any kind). This is is just a OP MC gamey-isekai with genderbending for the lulz 4 on the protag body and some misunderstandings due to MC avatar lore being a le ebil edgyqueen darkness tyrant, which difficults him to peacifully deal with almost any stuff.

You can move on to the next, you already have lots of (both of) those this year, this very next season as well.

@lucaspatrick This title does have some important male characters, but it's mostly all-female. As for the rest...Well, just accept it. I've tried to talk about it many times, but it always ends in a useless argument.
