'Yarinaoshi Reijou wa Ryuutei Heika wo Kouryakuchuu' Reveals Additional Cast, Staff, Theme Songs, Main Promo

The official website of the Yarinaoshi Reijou wa Ryuutei Heika wo Kouryakuchuu (The Do-Over Damsel Conquers the Dragon Emperor) television anime revealed additional cast, staff, key visual (pictured), theme songs artists, and the main promotional video on Monday. The anime is scheduled to premiere on October 9 at 10:00 p.m. on AT-X, followed by Tokyo MX and BS NTV.

sajou no hana (Mob Psycho 100 II) is performing the opening theme "Awaku Kasuka." Hanatan (Tensei Oujo to Tensai Reijou no Mahou Kakumei) will perform the ending theme "gradation." The opening theme is previewed in the promotional video below.

Kentarou Suzuki (Baraou no Souretsu) is directing the anime at J.C.Staff. Atsuo Ishino is handling the series composition, and Sana Komatsu (Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari Season 3) is designing the characters.

The anime adapts Sarasa Nagase's fantasy romance novel, which began on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in November 2019. Kadokawa began publishing the title under its Beans Bunko imprint in March 2020, featuring illustrations by Mitsuya Fuji. The sixth volume went on sale in April 2023, with a side story volume shipped on February 1.

Comp Ace magazine serialized a manga adaptation by Anko Yuzu in July 2020. Kadokawa released the seventh volume on July 25.

Cross Infinite World licensed the light novel in English in December 2022, with Yen Press licensing the manga in February 2023. The fifth light novel volume went on sale on August 30, while the sixth volume is scheduled to go on sale on September 30. The fourth manga volume was released on August 20.
