'Lv1 Maou to One Room Yuusha' Unveils Additional Cast, Staff, Theme Songs, First Promo

The official website of the Lv1 Maou to One Room Yuusha (Level 1 Demon Lord and One Room Hero) television anime unveiled additional cast, staff, theme songs, the first promo, and a key visual (pictured). The anime is scheduled to broadcast in 2023.

Youko Hikasa (Hataraku Maou-sama!) is joining the cast as Zenia.

Boy group MADKID (Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari) is performing the opening theme "One Room Adventure," which is previewed in the promotional video below. Singer-songwriter Nenne is performing the ending theme "Mirai Teleport."

Keisuke Inoue (Otome Game no Hametsu Flag shika Nai Akuyaku Reijou ni Tensei shiteshimatta...) is directing the television anime at SILVER LINK. and Blade. Toshiya Oono (Shadows House) is in charge of the series composition. Yoshihiro Watanabe (Shinmai Maou no Testament) is designing the characters.

The anime adapts toufu's comedy fantasy manga, which began serializing in Comic Fuz in March 2019. Houbunsha shipped the seventh volume in October 2022.

Seven Seas Entertainment licensed the manga in English in February 2021. The fourth volume went on sale in April 2022, and the fifth volume is scheduled for a March 7 release.

This is being done by SILVER LINK and Blade (Black Company / Shijou Saikyou no Daimaou). I'm actually surprised they didn't cut the fanservice completely.

People say that the character is but I have yet to actually see any official content confirm / deny it. The manga mostly avoids the topic and the character in question, when asked in one of the earlier chapters, just gives an inconclusive answer.

Huh, I didn't know this series had fanservice, that's pretty nice! Though after glancing at the manga, it seems the anime will be slightly censored. Zenia's swimsuit isn't extremely highleg anymore, and it also doesn't seem to be wedged between her ass cheeks anymore either, so we won't see her bare ass like the cover pic one post above. Maou's grown up body in a school uniform doesn't show any underboobs either (which honestly just looks weird in the PV).

well im happy it seems like itll be pretty ecchi, as there weren't many this season

its seeming like most are coming out in Summer, so i hope this one does

and god damn, obvioulsy its an old trope, but how many demon lord anime have there been in the last like 6-10 years?
