Slice of Life Manga 'Ashita wa Doyoubi' Gets TV Anime

The December issue of Gessan magazine has announced that Souichirou Yamamoto's manga Ashita wa Doyoubi will get a TV anime adaptation. The anime will broadcast within Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san, which is slated for Winter 2018. The cast members have also been announced.

Mano: Kotori Koiwai (the Non Non Biyori series)
Takao: Nobuhiko Okamoto (Juuni Taisen)
Kimura: Fukushi Ochiai (Hai to Gensou no Grimgar)
Tanabe-sensei: Hinata Tadokoro (Owarimonogatari)

Ashita wa Doyoubi is a spin-off manga of Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san that was serialized between November 2014 and November 2015 in Yomiuri Chuu Kousei Shinbun, a weekly newspaper for junior and senior high school students. Shougakukan's Gessan Shounen Sunday Comics published the series into two compiled volumes. The manga features three girls: Mina, Yukari, and Sanae as the main characters and sets in the same junior high school as the main series, which also features Takagi and Nishikata.

oh, thanks.... mal definition was kind of cunfusing IIRC... i had a problem to understanding it when adding some manga i read...

I checked the manga and yep I remebered reading 1 chapter of this, didn't know it was Takagi-san's spin off.

Probably a short length series.

@tsubasalover isnt this the anime "within" Takagi-san airing in January? And this announcement is that the anime will adapt parts from the spinoff manga into the adaptation this winter? This article implies its getting its own show...
