The manga is about an IT workplace, specifically staff in application development. I've only read 13 chapters as that's all I could find. Most scenes are either about the staff working, getting more work on top of what they already have or their off time.
The art is quite nice. It fits the comedy and gets the job done.
The characters fit their roles of (not character appearance order):
-superior that pushes work onto the employees,
-peon,
-Shachiku being the one that's overworked but seems like the only employee that can do the work,
-Shachiku's sister that cares about her
-the kouhai that knows nothing about computers, is an otaku but was
...
hired for their enthusiasm,
-the part timer that can save the day but is into gacha and shy,
-colleague on the maintenance team that has friendly competition with Shachiku-chan and may be slack off
-Sales that talks a lot.
-alongside Senpai that is good with customers but also is there for certain jokes or whenever Shachiku-chan is depressed and needs her chest to relax.
Each of them appears on and off in scenes but if a chapter focuses on a character it will usually focus on them more which it introduces quite a few in the 13 chapters I read and as you can tell by the character mentions above.
Now story/types of jokes you'll see in the manga:
I am going to just summarise a few of the things in the manga so it will be kind of spoilers.
The main character is Shachiku-chan but it has many characters appear on and off for different scenes whether because of the workload, teaching the kouhai, the part time employee or the superiors/peon asking about something or it just introducing a new character and how other characters react around them.
It has it's moments of mentioning code related things (like employees arguing about the right way to put the brackets in an if statement) which an if statement is something like this:
if condition {
}
and the translation I read covered a few things that were while nothing new to me but gives good enough context to those not familiar with computer terms (mentioning out HTML, CSS, JavaScript (the coding languages used for websites while Android apps for example are coded in XML and Java) but not going into depth with them while others do like: what a pixel is, error log, debugging, access log, what deployment is among other terms and what those elements mean briefly).
But 99% of the time it's just about the characters talking about work, competing friendly, helping other employees out with the workload or conversations in the office. So it's about the characters of course and the comedy that can come out of that.
But it's mostly about the staff doing their job,
-having drinking parties for completing work/the new kouhai 'surviving' not the first day but months later hosting the party because most employees never reach the 3 month mark XD,
-having their moments of overworking to get work done,
-Shachiku constructing the psuedo code diagram (what a programmer has when connecting code but laid out in a diagram with shapes and lines joining them. I never use them but it's one of the first things you see before actually writing coding) in her head.
-what one characters sees versus the reality of the situations. XD
-an employee into gacha games getting annoyed at gacha game devs and the others at the table listening going 'we felt that' because of their positions even if not even the developers of the game.
-their days off (such as the younger sister worrying about the older sister overworking at an IT company and what she hears on the news),
-bragging about what each other does as a bit of friendly competition with colleagues,
-the occasional chest jokes like them just in an employee's chest after being overworked/depressed,
-measuring chest size,
-kouhai-chan or part timer being flat and comparing themselves (two separate scenes that are similar),
(they are infrequent though and there is a distance between these types of pages/scenes but in the 13 chapters you can pick out each one for sure how often they appear).
-how the kouhai deals with being a new employee even though they know nothing about computers (is an otaku in the kouhai perspective spin-off but not mentioned in the main manga, that and in the spin off the part timer gets others in the office into a gacha game).
but you will see scenes such as if a laptop being bloated/freezing up and them not understanding what that those terms mean for example they are stunned by the response.
-other staff in other areas of the department and so on.
Those sorts of scenes. I am just picking bits and pieces that happen between different characters for a summary as otherwise it's hard to really describe this manga without pointing out those sorts of scenes as it is just a workplace 4 koma manga after all but it has just the right amount of moments with each character and not one scene that feels out of place or filler(other than I guess the brief chest jokes) whether on topic about IT, or their days off. It's all enjoyable.
