Both deal with a cute girl saying that shes actually a guy even though they dress up as a girl, and they both deal with the male lead being thrown around as to what gender they really are 

Both manga relates to how almost everyone thinks the main character is actually girl when its actually a guy. Pretty face however actually hates being a girl while in this manga the guy wants to be a girl. The comedy is fairly similar so i recommend pretty face. 

Both of these mangas deal with a person from the past of the main character(a childhood friend in No Bra and a cousin in Boku no Futatsu no Tsubasa) coming to stay with them, only to find out that the male visitor lives as a female now and the resulting dilemmas of how to keep that secret, secret. 

Both manga are centered around a love triangle between the male protagonist and his love interests. Both contain crossdressing male characters that are traps (the male protagonist in Yubisaki Milk Tea and a love interest in No Bra). And both are heavy on ecchi/fanservice and contain scenes that are borderline hentai. 

Same story concept While Kaichi is sport themed both story focus around boys who look female and act female and both have an obvious attraction to men and want to be treated and viewed as a female, both deal with issues of acceptance and the loves they have, good story and charactor development 

there both gender benders and also very funny 

These Manga are actually the same with the difference that ders no male main character harem thingy involved,like in most gender bender/harem manga. 

Both of these mangas feature the concept of cross-dressing and impersonating the opposite sex as a main theme, as well as major romantic involvement. However in Hana Kimi, it is a reverse situation and it is a female who is disguising herself as a man in order to attend an all-boys school. The art and story of Hana Kimi is much more mature, though. 

In both, there are two childhood friends (boy and girl) than after a long time are reencountered cause a sharing primose, but there is a particular dilema: the only thing the main (male) character remember about his friend is that she is a male... 

One boy and a Trap doing his best to make the guy fall for him. 

Shounen series with a mix of ecchi and genderbending elements. Highschooler male lead somehow ends up living with a cross-dresser/feminine guy who, at several points in the manga, causes him sexual temptations (deliberately in No Bra, otherwise in Aoi Destruction!).
