The games in both manga follow very similar rules: * Characters are transported to an alternate world/space at some intervals * They are given Quests which they have to complete in order to return * Life on the line, if everyone dies the "game" is failed There might be even more similarities ("game masters" are strange looking men who give out quests using their strange 'lingo') So if you like manga with such game elements it might be interesting for you. Gantz is mature audience oriented compared to 100-man, however both stories get rather complex and interesting as story goes on!

When you get Isekaid you will always get a overpowered ability, right? Well, if you read one of the series you already know the answer, no, sometimes the MC gets unlucky. If you liked this aspect of the MC receiving some useless skill which he is still be able, by heavy improvisation, to make over powerd you will definitely like the other series. That being said, I think these two series are very similar in the fact that they take mediocre, overdone concepts and present them at face value before developing into stories that diverge significantly from what you'd expect. Both also get noticeably darker from where they start. -100man has a relatively standard isekai setting, except that the characters often return to their own world in between missions. The quests they're given rarely  read more
