These manga both feature an older sibling who gets a kick out of trolling their younger sibling for their love problems. Occasionally the older sibling might even be of some help, but only if it also amuses them.  

These manga both feature the pov of their male protagonists who are pretty similar as well -- they come off as arrogant and popular among the girls of the class, but really they're kind of an awkward basket case that can't seem to get things right with the one girl they're into.
