Same author, similar style story and art. If you like one you should like the other.

To preface, if you aren't okay with at least 5 times as much ecchi as Fujiyama-san has, Amano Megumi is not for you. If you are fine with it, both have the settings of a very day to day slice of life and doing things on a routine (Sports, studying, walking home together). While Fujiyama is a lot calmer and more detailed in its artwork, Amano Megumi wa Sikidarake provides some of the same intimate and awkward moments of a good coming of age story in a more cartoonish and playful atmosphere/pacing.

Maybe this has nothing in common in the intimate part, but the two Heroines in this manga are very tempting, at least they can make you stand up You know what i mean okay. Yeah, this is a love story of teenagers who are attracted to heroines, even so this is not an ordinary love story. You will definitely see naked girls here more often.

Both series are based on the premise of naive high school girls accidentally getting into lewd situations. If you like one, you will enjoy the other.

With comedy, sweetness, and some nice sexual tension, Acchi Kocchi and Amano Megumi provide some of the best slice-of-life entertainment in the manga medium. While AM has a bigger emphasis of fanservice, both feature iconic characters that readers will recognize at a glance. Combine that with light-hearted episodic stories, and you got the perfect pair of series to read after a long day at work!

Both manga feature an athletic and tom-boyish female lead, with a crush on a dense childhood friend who doesn't see them as the opposite sex and often denies, but still shows hints of returning their affection.

Both have the main girl teasing the main protagonist.
