Both are pretty wholesome yaoi about one of the guys trying to get the guy they like/impress the guy they like

Both are extremely wholesome manga about a shy guy who's secretly in love with his best friend and gets nervous around him while the friend doesn't notice. They are both very heartwarming

Both are sweet high school love stories where most of the narrative follows the two leads' developing friendship. Both have a nostalgic old-school art style.

Both focus primarily on social identity rather than sexual intimacy. In the abundance of erotic BL, it's refreshing to see mangas such as Kieta Hatsukoi and Ganbare, Nakamura-kun depict awkwardness, hilarity, and grounded infatuation. If you enjoy the healthy representation of BL, it's safe for me to assume you will enjoy either.

Both stories are short one-shot manga that detail the development of a mlm relationship. Both are wholesome and heartwarming stories.

The character design is almost the same to be honest. It's much cuter and lighter though.

They both have a gay main character, take place in high school, and are really cute.

Both of them are good BL's with good characters and a cute relationship in the end. "Ganbare! Nakamura-kun!!" is much more cuter, and "All Night Long" is more adult (since they have sex scenes), but in the end both are similar and make you feel with a warm heart.

Both have wholesome moments in it and are focused around lgbt storytelling as well too.

They're both funny and dumb but also sweet and cute BL gag manga. If you enjoyed laughing at one, you'd probably have the same experience with the other.
