RomComs with dramatic elements that focus not just on the MC and his love life, but also him helping a colorful cast of couples around him. Gyarus, idols, gay issues...

- similar love situation between the MC and the heroines - in both series the main heroine knows the MC from childhood and the MC has trouble remembering key events - in both you will be able to see how the relationships between the mc and the heroines develop slowly

- both MC has some sort of a cutesy love interest imaginative form based on their memory from the past - both imaginative-gf are so fricking adorable - and then they are all getting disappear by the end - MC get back to his "original" love interest

Both are rom-coms where one of the main leads is troubled as to whether they should be a guy or girl, further drama ensues with interference by supernatural forces.

Same author and quality work. Both manga tackle young romance in different ways. Difference is, one has a heavier mood and darker subject matter than the other.

Both mangas revolve around a student that can see a cute girl and gets involved in a cupid-like trama. While in kami nomi he is a genius gamer, in hatsukoi the prota is a lazy energy saver; both of them just want to get back to their previous life. Personally I prefer the comedy in hatsukoi, and a big difference is that in kami nomi the romance is more an harem while in hatsukoi is a match making to different couples.
