Both are about medical, specifically about the human body and diseases. While Hataraku Saibou Black takes place in (literally) a body of a man, Radiation House brings a story about doctors and radiologists working their ass of in a hospital. Both give medical information and quite entertaining. Not to mention good character design and heartwarming stories.  

it's medical manga! setting is completely different, characters are completely different, but i, a critic, am enjoying reading both. the reason for that is that the medicine is good! (or at least interesting.) if you're a cynic, you should try reading. :)
