Similarities: - In both of these novels, the protagonist is summoned to a world that follows RPG conventions. - Both protagonists are incredibly overpowered. - Both protagonists are seen as the embodiment of Evil due to the powers/roles they're granted. Differences: - Jashin Average is much more comedic in tone than Overlord. - While Momonga embraces his role as the overlord, Anri doesn't want anything to do with her newfound powers of evil.
