Both female leads dressed as males by force. They encounter many handsome male characters who will fall in love with her. One in a school's host club the other in the showbiz world.

Both are about the entertainment industries, with the main characters involved with acting (and one singer too, but shh). Two main guys. One girl. A good plot that'll get you absorbed.

both shoujo, both has alot of cross dressing (guys/girls who dress like the other sex), in both of them the guy dress like a girl because he wants to be an actor, in both of them the girl finds out that the guy is a guy and help him, in both of them there're fighting ad both of them are soooo cute!!!

Both are involved with the entertainment industry, and both main girls have some kind of power; in Penguin Revolution Yukari can see the potential of person, while in Cinema Empire Kaori can see the future of a person.

The leading female characters have different roles, but the overall plot revolves around striving to achieve their dream of being talented actors/actress. Great character development as well.

In both there is crossdressing, DK has guys and PR is a girl. XD And they both have bishies!

Althought the main characters are not so similar the overplot is. Both is about acting and achieving the position of being No.1 The past that was the most similar was the part where they mention the play Staircase to Heaven (i dont remember the clearly, Penguin Revolution) it is the same as the play Scarlet Angel (Glass mask) they both state that if you are the main leading female character of this play, it means that you are the best actress around

Both have a girl who has to dress as a guy in order to do her job, which is in the acting industry except one has her as a manager and one is an actual actor. If she is found out, she loses her job. She works with two guys who are super big in the industry, and meets a lot of other people. Both girls have a stunning smile, and there are multiple guys that fall in love with them.

Both heroines are happy go lucky and always smiling, they both have surprisingly abnormal strength for their tiny bodies. They both work together with handsome boys. Both are very well done mangas and if you like one you'll like the other.

Both girls are able to find talented people to work in showbiz and end up as managing very hot guys.

The female leads, Yukari (Penguin Kakumei) and Mikoto (Last Game), are very similar characters. Both come from disadvantaged single-parent households and their situation has transformed them into responsible, hard-working daughters whose only goal is to become a public servant. Both are also perfect at absolutely everything they do. The stories center on the special men these girls meet and how their humble, unambitious lives are changed. Penguin Kakumei is about showbiz and takes place during high school, while Last Game has a time-jump and covers over a decade--more focus is on the romance in the latter.

Both revolve around one girl and two guys. The main characters are very similar, being kind-hearted and caring. They also are in similar circumstances living on their own and trying to make the best out of the situation. The guys come in and turn their worlds upside down but with good intentions. If you like one you'll probably like the other.

The girl leads are similar. They are important to everyone around them, have family problems, begin by living on their own, and everyone seems to be in love with them. The three main characters are also in a love triangle. Fruits basket is way more dark and sad compared to Penguin Revolution. but, both are very good, heartwarming stories.

In both mangas the main character crossdresses (in school) as a girl because of some reasons and they are both discovered by a girl... Another resemblance is that they are both an idol/actor.

A girl in both sees celebs as shining with magic, both stories are about show biz and a girl hiding her identity but PB is a much better of the two

Same mangaka. Similar style of storytelling, likeable characters, bishounen guys.

The same story set-up: a girl who can spot celebrity potential. The only difference is that Crash! is harem and Penguin Revolution is gender bender.

Both concerned the entertainment industry, with Male Talent Agency. And in both, the heroine will support one of those talent to fulfil their dream and objective : to go to the top. While in "Penguin Revolution", the girl will have to cross-dress to be the talent manager ; in "Teppen !", she is mistaken for a boy and force into the same industry...
