Notice the lack of a harem tag? Damn it's nice with isekai without a harem. (Unfortunately, the series has been put on hiatus, do not expect new volumes)
Story: So this whole reborn in another world thing is too mainstream right now. But this romantic-comedy story actually is surprisingly chill. No demon lord, no adventurers guild, no monsters. It's just another world that so happens is not in chaos. The genius protagonist is enrolled in a school for smart people. He doesn't have any real classes, so he can simply experiment and do whatever he fancies.
There are no arcs, one chapter is usually one situation.
...
Though the chapters have a solid story and is usually really interesting. With the advancing story and growing relationships there is always some development. So it's calm and easy going while you can see the character grow and love blossom.
Art: The art is fine, nothing special, the girls are cute but other than that it's only mediocre.
Characters: So this is where the books really make it right. The "main character" is a genius, but also completely oblivious (seriously). He thinks he's nothing special, and is treated like a VIP cause of his genius mother. But he mention ideas that for him is common sense, for others it's a world changing moment.
The Mother and friends all get their point-of-view sections in most chapters, after one volume I like most characters simply because they are realistically written and nothing over the top. So while it's hard to connect to one character, the chemistry between everyone is what makes it so darn good.
Enjoyment: This is all comedy, and a little romance. Personally I like it this way. Relationships are formed, misunderstanding creates laughter and there's nothing actually bad about the writing nor the story.
The chapters all have something happening, fun moments and a little action which is a perfect mix.
So overall, this is for the comedy lovers that won't expect anything too serious.
+ Romantic development, no harem, no marriage, it's realistic romance.
+ Friends all play a big part, it's not a one-person story.
+ The main character is fairly normal. No killing, no quest for world piece.
- The oblivious / misunderstanding humor is a big part, might become boring if the series goes on for too long
