Similar plot, also about technologies and humans, but in a post-war dystopic universe 

Both are set in dystopian futures They both have a main character that isn't quite human  

Both are dystopian sci-fi manga with a grim tone filled with crazy looking monsters. Both have detailed action scenes that can be hard to follow. Both are focused on action before anything else. 

Both stories take place in a world filled with non-human beings and within a noir setting. The protagonists are both non-humans as well and they both have detective roles. The major difference between the two title is that Keyman is a magical kind of setting with humanoid animals and magical sorcerers/wizards/witches etc. On the other hand No Guns Life is a sci-fi future setting with machines cyborgs and the like. Either way if you like No Guns Life than I believe that you will enjoy Keyman. 

-They're both darker violent manga, but they have interesting characters that lighten up the mood. -They both have similar presentation styles (art, character designs, setting) -In Chainsaw Man, the main character has a chainsaw head. In No Guns Life the main character has a revolver gun head. 

Both have very unusual main characters and similar stories.  

- The protagonist is a big guy with amnesia and a weird head - Their partner is a young and hot girl - The setting is cyber punk - The draw style is very similar - Both contiains a lot of mystery
