Manga: Koi wa Ameagari no You ni
They both have a similar dynamic of a young girl falls in love with a dopey older guy. Though in "Shiota-sensei to Amai chan", the emphasis is on the comedy of their already established relationship. And in "Koi wa Ameagari no you ni?" the emphasis is on the main character's feelings and youth.
