=STORY= 8/10
There was't anything really special or unique about the story, but i did enjoy it alot. vary cute. kinda like a short story of Koukou Debut, but not quite as good. (but it might could have been as good, if there where more chapters)
The main thing I liked was how Nene did't give up on the guy she loved and how in the end, she was the one who come and throwed Jun over her shoulder and told the other girl he was hers.(its usely the guy that dose that, so thats why its kinda cool.) That was a nice twist on a shojo ... manga. I think it was a vary refreshing read. I reccomend it to anyone who likes Koukou, mangas with tough-guy-ish girls, or just shojo manga. =)

=ART= 8/10
The art was not bad at all. In fact it was nicely done. and easy to read.
If there where more chapters, I would diffidently read them.

=Character=
The charcters where easy to understand and had there own intresting personality. It was enjoyable watching them act with each other and show there fellings. ^^

When I started reading it, I got really into it, it showed promise...

Summary: Nene wants to be cute in the eyes of boys and Jun offers to help (Jun being her friend). You can tell right away that there is attraction between them but then in walks Izume, Jun's first love....

Izume's character was so well defined that in less than 1 chapter of meeting her I wanted to throttle her. So she get's props for knowing how to press your buttons. If you like at it from a story telling perspective, g=her characters was probably the one that makes you feel the most, but it's ... not good feelings.

Nene is a strong female lead (literally) but she lacks self esteem, which you notice right away. other than that, it was a fun read.

Jun, was either here or there, weather about what to eat for dinner or which girl he liked. Frankly I hated the ending because of how it turned out but hey to each their own.

The art of the manga (8). There's nothing that I noticed was wrong or weird and this was a pretty fast read.

Ok....here's the thing about this here manga...

It starts off with a decent (though unoriginal) story, introduces good characters and puts a somewhat interesting 'obstacle' in the main characters' relationship...

But then it kind of goes down hill...

Nene and Jun's interaction is adorable at first and though you sense there will be some hardship, you can't help but cheer it on. Then as a certain character begins to show her true colors and becomes a total &*^%*(# you start to think 'what's wrong with her??? And what the *^%%$ is wrong with that %$#% for putting up with her?!' Then you start to get annoyed that ... _____ is such an idiotic person.... and then by the time the story is over, you don't want it to end the way it did because the whole vision you had for that character is gone and you don't want to cheer for that relationship anymore...

It's really sad because it starts off super promising and super cute, but the decisions made by _____ as well as what _______ does in certain situations (or more like what ______ DOESN'T do) piss you off to the point you're not happy with the ending and you're thinking 'why did I just waste an hour reading this???'

I think it's the fact the manga was so short... after all it is only two volumes. I think if it had been longer, then the characters could have been fleshed out a lot more and then you'd be able to enjoy the story.

When you come up with something that at first makes the reader feel like 'KYAAAHHH!!!' and ends up making them think they'd rather make a side story of another pairing in the story because they hate the way it ended up...you know it's FAIL.

One thing though, the art work is SUPERB. It's really beautiful to look at and it's mainly the reason I gave it a 6...it would have been lower otherwise. As far as story, it got a 6 only because the plot itself wasn't that bad, it was just the characters themselves that messed things up, hence why characters gets a 4. Enjoyment.... 5.
