This manga made me laugh really hard. It parodied a ton of aspects of High Fantasy and took an interesting take on the Hero character.
Essentially this story is about a knight captain who just wants to live in a house and chill all day. But then he takes in an elf (?) whom he adopts and they try to live a normal life as much as possible. Of course things don't always work out and hijinks happen. Thus we set up our slice of life comedy.

A beautiful, fun and fluffy semi-slice-of-life manga with a lot cute moments and surprisingly great world building and fantasy elements. If I had to compare it with something, I might describe it as "Yotsuba in fantasy land," but obviously there are still a ton of differences.
The story is about the daily adventures of a newly retired knight captain, who has bought a house and settled down, and an adorable little witch girl.
