A josei manga means a comic published in a magazine targeted towards the adult female demographic in Japan.

Iyashkei essentially means healing.

The genre itself focuses on healing, soothing vibes. You read something from the genre and it's the physical version of a warm drink on a cold day. Oftentimes the genre captures those fleeting moments. The first snow, the moment inspiration hits, etc.

While some of these have their moments, the vibes sometimes get a little wonky. The plot gets pretty heavy, and I wouldn't boldly say their Iyashkei, Hence the ish.
